i met spencer after the show. my favourite vocalist of all time. how can a vocalist be sick, yet sound PRISTINE and not miss a single note????? it actually kinda added a really nice rasp to his voice that you never usually hear from him. like at 9:09
Where do you stick around or go to after the show to get a chance at meeting the guys? Only started going to (prog)shows this year and would love to run into the guys sometime after the show.
@wavewithus4081 I just stuck around at the barrier for 5-10 mins after the show. eventually, I started to leave as nothing was happening, but then some people started pointing towards the spot where I just was. I went back over there (to the right of the stage) and misha, jake and Spencer were all there chatting to people. misha and jake didn't stay for long, but Spencer stayed for WAY longer
Not really. He's right near the barrier. That's usually one of the best places to be lol anywhere else on the floor was probably rough cuz the put can expand at any moment
Dude the drop during Letter Experiment at 12:02 sounds absolutely unbelievable. Matts toms sound beautiful! It reminds me of marching band tenors and bass drums in a way, but in all the best ways possible
Periphery hasn't had a live bassist since P3 I believe. Nolly stopped touring to focus on GGD but still writes, records and produces for them. They either use the OG bass tracks live, or recently for things from P1 they've recreated the parts with NollyBass

I had a ticket for this show and didn't make it due to sickness. I missed out SO BAD.
i know that feeling. i had a ticket for radar fest last year, but couldn't make it because my bank card got frozen right as i got to the train station
you really did. sorry
Letter Experiment was incredible
security making the bathroom line? wtf are those people walking from same place to same place?
So…. Are we just gonna keep ignoring the bass player thing?
Their bass is played thru a backing track
