Mike,love your video. Although i was born in sri Lanka i have lived in England for 50 years,so it is great to hear a "local" accent.At 11:16 - kohila root. Kohila is an acquatic plant. Kohila leaves and roots are delicious cooked. Both can be simply boiled and eaten or made into curries or leaves can lightly cooked with coconut.
