coldstream100 Definitely exceptionally smooth and funnily enough I think it's the more seasoned pilots that still think it's necessary to slam the plane down like a fighter jet on sea at PMI... 🤔
Hydraulic Pump priming I believe the barking noise is. Yes Palma seems a pretty big airport, depending on which runway you come in on you taxi by the majority of stands.
+JAMES Rivis Perfectly normal sound, nothing to worry about. Heard it on every flight I've taken and people always worry about what it is. Not sure on the bird strike, I didn't realise there was one until someone pointed it out.
That noise is the hydraulics usually heard on the ground before start, sometimes on taxi and on the ground. Usually only the Airbuses hydraulics make that "dogs barking in the hold noise" whereas Boeing tend to just have more normal whirring noises lol.
Very good recording. A very coloured airport that day :)
I love these videos
What a super smooth landing
I was also on this flight, and it was a new pilot to easyjet also! It was a super smooth landing!!

Hi, isn’t in June the touristic people come to Majorca?
I just applied for a cabin crew job with easyJet
What was that barking sound at end? Cannot believe the size of the airport !

+BuFu Nicki Didn't sound too healthy, did it ? 'Bird strike was hard to notice. Did it hit the leading edge of the wing?

It's the sound of the 'Power Transfer Unit: equalising the hydrolic pressure in both systems. It can often be heard during engine start and shutdown
Great video!
