TheMindOfTyler can’t wait to see it all put together. #greatjob. I do have a question I just bought a banshee and that thing rips, it is my second banshee so far. But this one does not have reed valves, I just noticed when installing twist throttle last week. I been riding it for about 1 year now, I’m thinking about 400 ridding miles. But gain, don’t know if I should buy some vfoce and be done with it or just ride it like that. Any suggestions or advice will be much appreciated. Shoutout out from Seattle WA
Threading those on to nut right over the cylinders to remove any shearing great idea cuz the cylinders will act like a furnace to burn those metal shards
Awesome job , watching the trx 250 build but went back an found this . Easy way to install pistons is to actually put the piston inside the cylinder slightly and install it on the rod that way . Obviously you know what you’re doing but just passing on little tricks that were shown to me ! I guess it doesn’t really matter when you have the motor on a bench but doing Mx bikes without taking it out it really helps !
Hi From Holland, Great video's! I always use some grease instead of oil on the wrist pin as it is a bearing just when its new, as i was thinking during the heat up it runs in smoothly whit the engine's milage, not sure if it makes any difference though. But i never had a case where parts of writs pin needles were cause of the crash so i can't tell either. keep up the nice work!(video's).
I just started watching your videos and they are all vary good. I'm am getting ready to buy my first banshee for 2k. I guess it's a mild build 362cc with singal stage 4 carb anyways I'm going to build it for the duens/trail kinda like yours. If you don't mind I would like to msg you about my build later down the road.
Lol I know you went and mocked the rest of it up after the video just to see what it would look like 😂 I did it with my engine too lol. Looks great so far bro 👌
Be careful running benol. It won't protect the internals from rust and corrosion. So if the bike sits for a while, it's not the best oil to use. I switched from benol to r50, just for the corrosion protection.
You're welcome! The guy me and my dad bought our banshees from ran benol. It's great oil if you are drag racing, but it gets waxy and doesn't protect the internals. I talked to klotz directly about it. If you run benol you will have to fog the motor if it's going to be sitting. But in PA, the weather is always all over the place, so it's hard to say how long the bike will be sitting. How far are you from Marienville PA? The trails here are awesome.
Hi was just wondering what rebuild kit you used as looking at the 373cc kits and crank looks same and your use if the same piston was just wondering if it’s the same kit and if it’s any good
Yo 4mill’s eat chains for breakfast no more o-ring chains, look into sidewinder chains You can even have them custom build you a tinsel strength you want. What kind of riding will you do with this, trail= Paul turner pipes, dune= Trinity pipes
after reading a thread about installing banshee cylinders, I'm about 95% sure that wrench will fit ( if you can get a socket on it, it should fit no problem) I read where one guy said just torque the head bolt's down with a torque wrench and then just try to put the same pressure on the base bolts with a wrench, not many 12 mm wrenches are the same length as a 3/8" torque wrench, and these guy's wonder why their bikes blow up every 20 hours...
No, what holes are you talking about? And dude I appreciate that so much and take that as a huge compliment. Kevin from South Texas Banshee is the man and as far as knowledge he is way ahead of me; I learn so much from him.
Bro I got the same setup from driveline. Porting is different. Nonetheless though where was your wrist pin bearings when you got your crank? Were they already bread tied to the rods or where they in the bok?
ALWAYS ALWAYS ALWAYS use a torque wrench when assembling an engine, you should know by now how important that is! when you used an impact gun on that cam stopper plate i just wanted to curl up into a lil ball and go hide in a corner...
These assassin cylinders must have a little more area because my 13mm wrench fit in no problem. I know what you're talking about with stock cylinders and I was dreading that with these but they were easy.
Son of a bitch....the other video I was like sweet I got to get me a Yamaha hat that came with the case now I'm like fuck I need that shirt now too. My first bike was a old yz 80 I got for my 7th birthday 32 years ago. I've been a diehard Yamaha guy since then. Have owned at least 20 different Yamaha dirtbikes and quads since then. Dont get me wrong I wouldn't and haven't turned down killer deals on other bikes but if I'm in the market for something your damn straight I'm buying a Yamaha. At least for dirt..........street is a different story. Harley Davidson ftw
Its the best video "how to built banshee engine" thank you very mutch
keep up the great work. can't wait to hear that thing rip!
Hopefully you guys can collab one of these days

Thank you Michael. I'm so impressed with your videos. You have inspired me to build a banshee motor. I'm grateful for you and your videos!
A little late to the party here but very nice video. I'm assembling another RZ350 engine so nice to see how others do it. Thanks.
Late??😅 I just got done watching the video lol. Great video . Far from a gatekeeper . Love it .
Greatness bro pure greatness… your a hell of a guy….
Life goals. I wanted a banshee. I did that. And now. I wanna get another one and make that a 4mil baby.
Cant wait to hear it run
Michael very good video one of your best yet keep up the good work. I’m sure I’ll becoming to this video every time I do a rebuild.
Hey text me I lost your number
Your videos are so good. Your effort shows bro, bar none!!
Thank you again man!
Threading those on to nut right over the cylinders to remove any shearing great idea cuz the cylinders will act like a furnace to burn those metal shards
Hello from belgium 🇧🇪 like the vids man keep it up 👌🏼
Thank you!
Wow this is as simple as a sbc 350. I rebuilt my rm125 engine that thing was a pain in the ass
Man, I love the quality of your videos
The most exciting thing is getting something new for your fourwheeler lol
So true!
On 421 banshee I cannot wait to see this thing in action
Bro. I could watch this stuff Monday thru Saturday..... Sunday Is for football 😁

Build coming along good
Mike good show i did a budget build on a banshee as well i learned alot from your vids thank u
Keep the videos up. I got rid of my banshee when I was nearly done... but I'm having another roller sent to me I'm thinking about going 4mill now
yeeeeeah nice job from paris
Deadly video thanks
Doin an awesome job buddy. Keep up tha great work. & ur doin really good at showing how to do this motor build. Keep up tha great content. & thanks
Love these assembly's videos! Nobody out there do these kind of videos so keep it up!
Great video
Awesome Mike《☆》Good info Bro :*: The cool head will be kool as well ☻
amazing. This is going to run awesome!!!
You need to open up a shop man good work pays
Thank you man that's one hell of a compliment.
Would you work on other people banshee?

Great content!!
bad ass video bro good job
Thanks man!
Just a heads up, I highly suggest not only putting two stroke oil on the cylinder, but the piston as well. But other than that great video dude
Lol I know you went and mocked the rest of it up after the video just to see what it would look like 😂 I did it with my engine too lol. Looks great so far bro 👌
Lmao the cool head and reeds were definitely in there 5 seconds later 🤣
@@MichaelSabo I knew it!! 😂
me and my friend went to driveline and his shop is sick
Awesome vid!👌
How do you torque the other nuts of the block, the bottom nuts.?
Love your videos, have you ever considerd dropping a RD-500 V4
IN YOUR BANCHEE ?? PEACE...
Bansheeeeeeee
Love the videos, keep up the good work.
Also check out "Crowfoot" wrenches for torquing the front cylinder nuts.
Oh yeahhhhh

Redline is the best 2stroke oil on the market i run it in my 4mil
I’ve heard that benol does protect, it’s the super tech that doesn’t protect from rust.
Supertechniplate is 20% benol and 80% synthetic.
Great content Mike question What size bore if you do have the Cylinders bored?
Hi was just wondering what rebuild kit you used as looking at the 373cc kits and crank looks same and your use if the same piston was just wondering if it’s the same kit and if it’s any good

I havnt dont it but what about the shift star mod. Worth it or not?
Do you ever put your plugs in your cylinder for the coolant
God I can watch this all day... this is as satisfying to me as those slime videos are to my girlfriend on Instagram. 🤦🏼♀️
Hahaha thanks so much man!
@Robert Sproston Did i just wrote this ? 😂😂
motion pro makes a box wrench that fits 12 and 14 mm nuts with a hole in the middle for a 3/8" torque wrench.
www.motionpro.com/product/08-0134 I'm not sure if it will work for a banshee... but guessing torque on cylinder base nuts is unacceptable.
after reading a thread about installing banshee cylinders, I'm about 95% sure that wrench will fit ( if you can get a socket on it, it should fit no problem) I read where one guy said just torque the head bolt's down with a torque wrench and then just try to put the same pressure on the base bolts with a wrench, not many 12 mm wrenches are the same length as a 3/8" torque wrench, and these guy's wonder why their bikes blow up every 20 hours...
I come for the music
😂
Any plans on a utv build? Maybe a yamaha yxz
What will happen if you dont align the pins to the case you sayed you would be in trouble but what would it do?
So a banshee motor can be a 4mil with a stock crank? Correct me if I'm wrong but I thought 4mil would be the 58mm from stock 4mm more than stock?
Ya-ma-bond
Has anyone ever told you about the 4 holes on the bottom side of the motor that can cause a air leak
Also liked how it was all in one video not a bunch and way more clear then south Texas bansher he makes great videos also tho
No, what holes are you talking about? And dude I appreciate that so much and take that as a huge compliment. Kevin from South Texas Banshee is the man and as far as knowledge he is way ahead of me; I learn so much from him.
@@MichaelSabo There on the bottom side of the case I'll send you a pic on Instagram in a bit just fillem with silacone or jb weld
Bro I got the same setup from driveline. Porting is different. Nonetheless though where was your wrist pin bearings when you got your crank? Were they already bread tied to the rods or where they in the bok?
It's been a while but I think the wrist pin bearings were in the rod with twist ties holding them.
@@MichaelSabo thanks. I got it sorted out with driveline. Solid company thanks man.
Is your asassin cylinders low port serval or high port? Would you recommend them
Is that stock transmission for 421 build just wondering
What are the copper colored gaskets for ? Thx
Suzuki 4 laif😂😂😂😂💓🌹
What gasket kit did you use? Where did you get it?
25:15 how did you take the nuts off the studs?.
Same way they go on; two wrenches.
MIKE I HIGHLY RECOMMEND PICKING UP THIS KIT!!!! it would be a shame to dump all that money into that motor and not put this in. =)
you're shifts will be like butter, and with pancake bearing you won't weld the ball. you need this with a 4mill it gets overlooked ALOT.
Where did you get those carbs
ALWAYS ALWAYS ALWAYS use a torque wrench when assembling an engine, you should know by now how important that is! when you used an impact gun on that cam stopper plate i just wanted to curl up into a lil ball and go hide in a corner...
What kind of crank did you use?
Driveline performance 115mm welded crank with 10 ball bearing.
What size cylinder heads 68?
First like
The most annoying thing ever is the front nuts on banshee cylinders. At least when its in the bike
These assassin cylinders must have a little more area because my 13mm wrench fit in no problem. I know what you're talking about with stock cylinders and I was dreading that with these but they were easy.
Michael Sabo wow. Thats cools.
I like how everything is clean.. Must be nice having enough money to burn like this guy.. Unemployed and all day to burn money..
I would use hondabond or yamabond it works way better than that rubber junk
First
Not painting it? Should’ve polished then cylinders man!
Yeah you should not do that cuz that could make it leak that's what the seals are for it's not supposed to have any gasket maker in there
Hello all very well but the snag is not the correta for ezo this is the right correta friend the other very biem.
