@@xzraiderzx308 That's a result in part due to the #metoo movement and in part due to modern feminist / post modernist ideologies, which has not only empowered women to come forth with true accusations, but also encouraged women to come forth wit false ones. A perceived false accusation does less harm than an actual one, but both have negative impact, so it should not in any way impact the judgement of one. The logic should hold, an unproven accusation is just that. Neither incomplete, nor false, just unproven.
She won't allow herself to even concider false accusations to be happening, or even possible. She's too far gone.

I think that the victims very much should come forward and speak up. But to the police. Not to seek reaction or social justice. I've witness when i was younger a group of girls that claimed a teacher had sexually harassed them. This guy's life was over. Lost his job, lost his family, his friends, every thing. It made the front page on the news and EVERYONE knew about it. Then when an actual police case got opened, the girls came forward saying that in reality, he never did any of those things, they just didn't like him. But this guy's life is permanently destroyed.

baby bean _ This shit goes both ways dude, logic can't always be applied in these situations, but it should not be completely absent either, for example with the classic rape victim case, their point is you can not say a person has not been raped before evidence is there because that would discredit them and perhaps create a feeling of meaninglessness in reporting stuff if no one believes anything before evidence is there, on the other side just wildly accepting anyone's testimony will create opportunity for people to cheat and use the harassment/sexual assault thing to their advantage without actually being victims.

The problem is people take way too long to “come forward”, there’s literally no shame in reporting a terrible crime if it actually happened. If these people want their attackers punished, then they need to tell someone within a reasonable time frame.

The problem with this concept in general, is that anyone can lie. About being raped or about raping. There should be no argument about which side you should believe. Obviously to accuse someone of a crime you should require proof. Unfortunately to obtain proof in this case is difficult and time dependent. That doesn't mean people shouldn't speak up about it, and that people who do speak up should be ignored. Neither extreme is right because either extreme gives too much power to those that will abuse it. It should all come down to due process. Unfortunately this also means that rapist could get away with rape and innocent people can be found guilty. There is no perfect answer to this problem, there is only the most just way.

The result of that is men that prefer not to say/do anything towards women because they don't want to deal with those said negative repercussions. There are more false accusations than people who were really raped. Peoples lives are ruined from a simple phrase "I didn't consent." That is to much power for a single person. Any person who wrongly charged of rape should be given' money, and the person who made up some story and crying in court should be charged with the amount of years the wrongly charged person was going to be charged with.
That's going too far. you will never have perfect information in a scenario such as rape, and you can't be 100% certain that the person has falsely accused someone of rape. We only make judgements based on the amount of information available, even if there is crucial evidence we don't know about. Having what you suggested put into law would only serve to lower the amount that gets reported even more than it already is.

I was just angry that actual rape victims have have a harder time telling a story because some piece of living trash falsely charged an innocent person.

Not 5head at all, I consider it the truth to what you've said, there was a time when woman would genuinely join the movement for legitimate personal problems, now it just seems like they're taking its name for granted and using to gain attention and fame.

I’m curious, let’s take a hypothetical situation. What happens when, say, 2 parties have consensual sex (and that is objectively the truth) and 1 party alleges after the fact that he/she was raped. How will the other party defend his/herself? There is no evidence, unless it was recorded, and the court can only rely on the testimonials of both parties, how can they find out what really happened?
They will look for signs of struggle or forced copulatory marks on the body of the one claiming victim. If not, they will check his/her memory and drug in the system if its not too late after the supposed event to check if they were drugged. Lie detection can be brought too if big personalities are involved or some kind of hate/lust murder is involved. Then, families and friends could be invoked to see their povs of the timelines. Other than that I can't really think of many. Usually these alone are required most of the time.
@@mdragarg rough sex is very common and popular these days, if both the man and woman are intoxicated the man is still somehow 100% responsible even tho the woman is not responsible at all, lie detector tests are very unreliable, unless the family and friends watched the sex their opinion is irelivent unless they saw the guy beat her and drag her away against her will.
