@@whatscaken7575 l am making them for Valentine's day just the first step and l wonder how much would you charge for a dozen. I have made the white chocolate and dark chocolate before for my family.
You are too funny. But, stating facts!! Me personally don't understand why they categorize food glitter with craft glitter it doesn't make sense to me. so you're absolutely correct it pays to read everything! I love that you don't talk unnecessarily and you're just straight to work, which is a plus. And your berries are absolutely beautiful!❤️
Commentary got me dead about the throat closing up lol. But thanks for clarifying !! What edible glitter brand do you recommend ? That is FDA approved?
I love that you mention bout using that “edible glitter” I almost bought some on amazon but I read the reviews so I chose not to buy it . Do you anything bout the brand fancy sprinkles ? If so can you reply ? Lol incase you already have a video on it !
Hi ! Thank you so much ! And I actually have some of their prism powder ! And I like it a lot . It does Stain when wet like if it gets on the surface of your work space . But I absolutely love it it’s beautiful. And I don’t have a video but I think I will go ahead and make one .
Hey, I love your technique. Just to clarify....the glitter you used is non-toxic but you do not recommend eating it? Or is it OK to eat BUT you just recommend the edible glitter?
It’s not FDA approved, but it is safe to use for cake decor it is none toxic. I don’t recommend fully submerging a strawberry like this video and selling it to someone unless you explain to them what it is they are eating is (technically) not suppose to be used in the way I did in this video, bc it’s not FDA approved .The reason I used this glitter is to inform whoever I can that might make the same mistakes I did when I first started using (edible glitter). When searching edible glitter disco dust will come up. But I will make sure to do a video with (disco dust) vs (Tinker dust).
Lmao! Girl I love you and want to subscribe just based on how real you are... something you don't find on the Internet too much these days! 🙄 We all know there's THOSE types of people who will complain over anything so your comments really just made me laugh. Ohh and these are gorgeous! I've got a question though... Maybe a weird one and I know this video is old so idk if you're still active... But does the glitter have a taste? Like does it feel like you're chewing up glitter? Lol. (You can clearly tell I don't bake or make desserts, right? LMAO!) But I've actually got some edible glitter... Just because it was on clearance. I'm a sucker for the clearance aisle. Lol. And we're getting into strawberry season. So I love, love, love this idea. But I'm weird about tastes and textures and so is my daughter. So that's why I was wondering about the consistency and taste of it. Thanks!
Is there any particular reason you microwave your chocolate rather than in a double boiler? I ask bc I been doing it that way for forever but I’m seeing no one else do it this way. The strawberries were beautiful by the way
Hi ! It’s more convenient for me using the microwave method, I started off using the double boiler method as well, and later on got introduced to this way of doing it, I’ve been doing it this way ever since. thank you so much !💜
Try fancysprinlkes.com they have a line of edible glitter that shines just like this and it FDA approved I get a lot of my products from them. I also buy from the sugar arts.com their edible dust is FDA approved also
I have multiple times when I wasn’t knowledgeable about the glitter ; you don’t taste anything. I would recommend using an edible glitter these were just for fun, but I still ate them .
Yes I actually Didn’t know until I watched your video last night. I ordered these I believe a week ago. Amazon is wrong for bringing that up when you search for edible glitter.
Your absolutely correct ! And for a while I thought it was edible until I was corrected and did further research . So now look for tinker dust that is also sold on amazon . It actually say that it’s edible and also FDA approved .
No it isn’t . This glitter I used only for the video . The disco dust is not edible it’s just non toxic . But a lot of bakers myself included would think that it is without reading and research.
Girl sitting there recommending you eat crafting glitter like it isn’t carcinogenic 😂 All glitter is microplastic unless made from sugar. Good luck with your ailments later in life.
Thank you for clarifying the glitter situation, many other yt videos trying to pretend that Non toxic = Edible. These are gorgeous btw
Absolutely! ♥️♥️♥️
Yesssss! I also appreciate the glitter explanation as well. If I wanted to get into making these for people, I would want to know something like that.
This was a very cool video! Thank you for the clarification on the glitter.

Ho these are beautiful. Can I ask how many strawberries do you think that jar will be able to cover? Also do these usually run around $40 a dz or so?
Oh my God! I’m one of those people! I’m allergic to everything! But, this made me laugh!
Love the video ❤️do you have a video on how to drizzle ?
Hi ! Thank you ! And yes I do, In this video and Mother’s Day video both show that
Can you make Star Wars themed strawberries???
Hey guys, I just started my channel on chocolate covered sweets and I'm so excited :)

Did you set them before making the design?
What did you spray on iy t afterwards?
Pretty, yeah folks do be extra.
Does edible glitter has the same sparklyness as non toxic glitter?
how long did you put it in the microwave?
Commentary got me dead about the throat closing up lol. But thanks for clarifying !! What edible glitter brand do you recommend ? That is FDA approved?
😂😂😂 and I use tinker dust . I purchase from Amazon . Or prism powder .
Bomb queen
Thank you ! 💜
So you only put the glitter on top since the bottom will be down?
Do you spray the glitters one to
Hi could you pls share the brand and color of the glitter? Thanks :)
What brand of glitter did you use??
What kind of edible dust would you recommend? I have seen Tinker Dust as FDA approved on Amazon.
Hi ! And I will definitely recommend tinker dust because it is good grade. And I have tired a couple of them out already .
Love this ❤️! First time watching and was wondering what was the rhyme or reason for half sprinkling the strawberries with glitter?
You only sprinkle glitter on top, you wouldn't need to sprinkle glitter on the bottom where noone can see
I love that you mention bout using that “edible glitter” I almost bought some on amazon but I read the reviews so I chose not to buy it . Do you anything bout the brand fancy sprinkles ? If so can you reply ? Lol incase you already have a video on it !

What’s Cake’n yayyy ! Thank you so much for the reply !!
If u put the drizzle bag in a cup before pouring the chocolate it’s easier
Yes absolutely!
Beautiful what kind of paper are you using to help slide the left over glitter back into the jar?
Thank you ! And I used regular printing paper .
How long do they take to set/dry? You might have said this but I missed it.
Hi ! It takes about 2mins in the freezer .
@@whatscaken7575 ohh
using a cup for dipping also does the trick. ceramic cup
omg thank you so much now I have my own business , and selling my own 💛 !

Hey, I love your technique. Just to clarify....the glitter you used is non-toxic but you do not recommend eating it? Or is it OK to eat BUT you just recommend the edible glitter?
That's what I want to know ? If its not edible, why waste perfectly good strawberries on fake glitter ?
It’s not FDA approved, but it is safe to use for cake decor it is none toxic. I don’t recommend fully submerging a strawberry like this video and selling it to someone unless you explain to them what it is they are eating is (technically) not suppose to be used in the way I did in this video, bc it’s not FDA approved .The reason I used this glitter is to inform whoever I can that might make the same mistakes I did when I first started using (edible glitter). @@whatscaken7575 Oooh ok
What do you do with the ones you make with the non toxic? Just curious as I plan on handing them off to friends/family
Hi ! I eat them lol
yumm uh
why did you scrape excess chocolate off the bottom of some but not others?
Where can I buy these from and can you send them through the mail if I order them
Hi ! I don’t ship as of yet , but that maybe something I will get into soon .

I knew that glitter was shining way too pretty to be edible 😭
Edit: edible glitter is pretty but not as pretty as real glitter😭
Right 😢😢
Try fancysprinlkes.com they have a line of edible glitter that shines just like this and it FDA approved I get a lot of my products from them. I also buy from the sugar arts.com their edible dust is FDA approved also
It's my first time making berries, what is the difference between sugar and glitter?
Sugar is sugar lol😂 the glitter is glitter it’s just edible 😭, if that makes any sense
so do you tell the people that they cannot eat the glitter strawberries?
Since I’ve learned that the glitter isn’t edible I do not sale strawberries covered in disco dust only tinker dust or another brand of edible glitter
Whats the name of this color
WhAt name of glitter and chocolate
What did you add to the chocolate? What liquid before melting
I’m pretty sure that was vegetable oil it helps the chocolate be thinner or something like that
Yes ! Wolfie;3 is correct it is vegetable oil. It helps with consistency and help prevent the candy from burning .
Why and where would the candy burn if you didn't add the oil to it @What's Cake'n?
So hard to fine edible glitter
So all it needs to say is its edible and you're fine?
Very Beautiful
Thank you ! ♥️
A better question is, do you eat these glitters.
