My suv has the factory nav. Will this fit?
It says on your website it is not compatible with highlanders with the original navigation although it looks like it does. Is there something almost identical I can use in my 2010 highlander limited that has the original navigation?

do the volume knobs work? and does it come with a built in GPS app?
The knobs are both non-functional. The lldong version of the Android head unit has working knobs that plug into the head unit. It comes with a couple of offline GPS apps that you can select select, or use the wireless CarPlay or Android Auto. There is a GPS receiver/antenna to mount on or under the dash - no under anything metal.
Do the volume knob still work as factory

Does the audio work with the speakers on the highlander? Mine is 2011 limited.

Do the volume and tuning knobs on either side of the screen still work as before?
Yes it does.
The are non-functional per the support person. The Ldoing unit had working knobs - this unit does not.
Does this work on a limited version with JBL
Yes, but you'll need the optional JBL amp adapter cables. If you want the little backup camera to display on the main screen, you'll have to purchase an adapter for that. It will show up on both screens.

Hi Yes this system will also be compatible with the vehicle with original navigation and JBL, however you will need to buy a separate hazard button switch if your car comes with original navigation. Otherwise, we do carry another tesla model which is specifically for the car with original navigation. How do you transfer the A/C vents?
Hi John, the AC vents will be used the original one. The original vents will be transferred to the new system.
