Mutton Roast - a short film about long baking

Lamb and mutton - these meats are not the most popular, due to low availability and high price. The variety of mutton is currently quite large. There are breeds specialized in obtaining wool, milk or meat.
I recently got this lamb. A typical meat breed and the end result in the form of a roast - excellent. Processing is not demanding, but long-lasting. You have to spend a few hours, but not work, just waiting. The oven works for us.
