- If a doctor sees an emergency outside of work, when they're on the way to dinner, to a friend's birthday party or even on a plane - do they actually have to help?
In this video we're talking about our experiences as doctors coming across these situations, and we review the law surrounding doctors helping in emergencies and 'The Good Samaritan Act'. When might this cause a problem?
