I was there that day. Consistent depth was key both watching Ruusuvori vs Draper and also Tommy Paul vs Shapo (on court 1). Any short ball was put away. Ruus and Tommy Paul could just hit deep and hard more often that day - not hitting out long and not having to hit short. The other thing was how well Ruusuvori could read Drapers serve, he be edging over in the right direction most of the time well before draper actually hit it. Oh and you missed the prettiest tennis of the day - the doubles with Evans/Dimitrov vs Tommy paul/Fritz :)
Fantastic video as always! Still waiting for you to be back on track with training and with the road to 1 atp point! just wanted to know if there is anything else that you are into other than tennis : D
Ooohh, so jealous to you. I want to watch the tennis game someday 🤓. Nice to have an indirect experience of watching tennis 👏🏻 Hope you will be back soon
Hey Felix, do you know a difference in quality of shot between the top 10 and the rest of the top 100 or is it more how consistently the top 10 can perform those quality shots in a match situation?
this was awesome felix, i was lucky to get to go to the miami open for opening weekend this year and it was awesome but this is even cooler since u were so close
Oh, Ruusuvuori (Rose Mountain in English, I reckon, not bad) glimpsed there warming up lol - oh, and the match high lights against up & coming Jack Draper, nice. I’ve had a chance to chat with the dude, Ruusuvuori, and he is a smart, polite, fine young man. Not had a chance to hit with him though, to test my stokes against ATP pro level for real. Not yet, my friend, not yet. ;D - London is a great place to be and and live, especially come the June and July and the short but fabulous grass season. You are a happy camper, Felix! Hopefully we’ll see you also on the court soon chasing the first and so on ATP point(s)!
Great video as always. I have been watching all week on tv but it was nice to hear what it was like from your point of view at the tournament. Berrettini was a worthy champion today and looks like a good bet for Wimbledon. He might even win it if Djokovic has an off day. Really looking forward to seeing you back in action. Keep up the good work 🎾
The players were goats. Hopefully you will become one. And what objects you had to use in order to make all theese vlogs, as well as what do you prefer to use for the vlogs?
I walked past you! Recognised you but couldn't think of where from! Would have been good to meet you but I work in anti doping so if you keep it up I'm sure I'll meet you soon haha! Keep up the great videos.
i notice alot of good players are utilizing everything serves volleys hard shots slices and even drop shots but mostly the high percentage hard shots over the middle of the net especially with an inside forehand running around backhand creating hard angles for winners and unforced errors from opponents
Hey Felix! great video!! I was just wondering, who's your favorite tennis player? I wish you luck on your 1 ATP point journey!! I'm completely sure that you'll get it by the end of the year 😊
I’m going into freshman year in high school and I pretty much have secured a spot for 3 singles. What shot do you think would have the most affective for my circumstance? (A.K.A what shot should I work on the most)
The most important shot in tennis is the serve. But at your age keeping a well-balanced athleticism is probably the best thing you can do for your career. Sleep well, eat well, work out your weak side, your core and legs. Your 30-year old self will thank you endlessly :)
@@kojonorman4793 I'm personally not familiar with Wisconsin specifically, but I am with the US high school tennis system. The points Thomas brought up are really important, your serve is one of the most important weapons in high school tennis. You also need to keep an eye on physical health to continuously improve. Do you have an idea of what level of UTR players you will be playing? Otherwise, I will assume you will be playing lower level UTR players,

I thought I saw you on the BBC 2 coverage. A very interesting perspective, glad to hear you will be back on the court soon.
Amazing video from Felix, once again. Hoping we get a new series soon: Road to top 10!

Great tennis made better by great commentating. All the best of luck, can not wait to see you on the court again.
Hope to see you at Queens!
The standard of tennis this year has been brilliant. Really impressed with Fokina.
I remember a few months ago I watched Nadal v alcaraz at Indian wells. It was mesmerizing to watch.
Great video felix just keep up the great work KEEP YOUR HEAD UP and make sure to have lots of fun 🤩
Great video Felix. Hope to see you make a video in Australia one day :)
Fantastic video! Bravo 👏
Great video as usual
Your channel blowing up
Too bad you didn't get to see more of berrettini, would have loved to hear your analysis on his game and why it's so effective on grass.
The players were goats. Hopefully you will become one. And what objects you had to use in order to make all theese vlogs, as well as what do you prefer to use for the vlogs?

Hi felix. I just wanted to know how are you recovering.
recovering well 👍
hi felix, I just wonder why we dont see lucian anymore on your channel? Btw I love your videos!
What was your UTR when you were 13?
UTR wasn't invented

Hope you learnt a lot from them ;-) 🙏🎾
Felix, just a question, will u be going to university or will you be going in the professional path?
Ruusuvuori's backhand is super effective on grass: flat and powerful, it remains very low
Amazing seats
⚡️🤪
Great video

Fokina's serve is a joke but this year he is getting good results. He did a really goodjob last Monday against Hurkacz.
What camera do u use for recording? The video is so crisp!
my i phone
I hope you can play on these tournament soon
How did you get a sponsor?
what specifically do you mean ?
I'm a young tennis player and I'm trying to get a sponsor because I can't effort all the things I need
How are u buddy? Any plans for injury update vedio?
Felix whats your favourite court? Grass? Clay? Hard?
not the courthouse for sure
Probably clay I play the best on , but I love playing on grass
Hi Felix what App do you use for mental toughness? You mentioned in one of the videos. Thank you
I use a peak , i will talk more about them in some upcoming videos
Great thanks my son is in the same road. Looking for that point.
Weel done man !
What is that weird slice forehand Bublik kept hitting in the second set?
Just trying to mix it up I think
Could you do an update on your brother?
I’m an avid golfer but I really like tennis as well.
Awesome 👏🏼

Haha why not

Haha I just kind of hold the camera and look over it
How many tournaments do you expect to play till the end of the year?
i would like to play at least 8-12 more futures tournaments this year
Hey how expensive for the cost of a day on the court level :D
hey Felix short question, whos your favourite player on tour ? 😁
Probably Murray
Did you think about becoming a sparring for an ATP player for a year? It might help you.
You should become a commentator instead of a tennis player 😂 😂 😂
Haha I do that a little on live streams
What do you think of Botic van de Zandschulp
Heavily under rated player
Who was your favorite to watch
Draper I think
I guess you learned a lot by watching all those pro players, specially on grass , which remains the most specific surface.
