Wow! This is too good! I'v been laying back and injoying David Bromberg's music since 1970. It never gets old and his new release is great also. Thanks for all the years of music and please don't stop.
There are some things about the East Coast that I miss. Folk and Bluegrass Festivals and the musicians on this video. But we got some here, too, in wherever I am at this point. They seem to grow like weeds.
I just found my cassette tape of this show after I don't know how many years. The good thing about having an old beat up car is that I still have a cassette player. Played it all the way from dirty Jersey to Connecticut. Now I get to see the video???? I feel like I'm in my 20's again. Dangerous bromberg studied with rev. Gary and jorma I believe was a student of a student of Gary Davis. I think ther mutual admiration for each other is obvious.
Wish I had been there. I'm old enough to have been. This is one of the best videos I have ever seen. Bromberg, can you tell? Hot Tuna and Dave sound so good together. Thank you so much!
Hot Tuna came to Skippers Smokehouse in August 2007. A dj friend of mine from WMNF told me that Jorma and Jack love playing there. I expect that they'll be back in 08
OMG! Haven't heard David since 1970's, but with Hot Tuna ! Now I remember how old I am, but don't care !

When I lived in NYC I saw David at a small club, the Bottom Line, several times and Hot Tuna at the Garden (electric and acoustic). Great memories.
