Not all Nvidia chips are banned to be exported to China. Deepseek uses the older chips and uses the stacking technology. In any event, USA will ban all Chinese AI. Americans will be prevented from using the cheaper Chinese AI. They will be forced to use the expensive American AI at 30X prices.
