- Sandy Daza shares these confident-building recipes "for those of you who have never cooked in your entire life!" Finnish Meatballs are trending and while we cannot go to a restaurant to try them yet, we can easily make them at home. These go perfectly with pasta! Or if you want a more local flavor, Pinoy Carbonara is a sure hit! Both will go great with Baked Spare Ribs that's marinated and cooked in one dish. How simple is that? With the right recipes and the right ingredients, new dishes can be enjoyed by the entire family!

So timely ❤ I'll make these for 4th of july 😍
Thank you Sir Sandy for the inspiration
So yummy but can i asked what seasoning liquid you used for that? Thanks
What kind is your seasoning liquid?
The first time I heard this confidence building recipes was when you had your cooking demo at Virgo cruise... Weeee
Love he PINOY carbonara and today will be making baked spare ribs. I use coconut brand soy sauce. Do I use the same for your ribs ?
What's the oven temperature for the ribs?
Usually at 350F
dnt worry about oven temp, it usually is 350F even for cakes. For meat, you just have to watch it if its cooked na using 350 temp and how brown you want it.
