I moved to the US in 1987. My wife and i don’t know how to cook. So we ended up buying our first cookbook, Cooking with Nora Daza.
It started my love for cooking. Years and years later of watching cooking shows and food video blogs i ended up just today finding Casa Daza. I felt like i wasted all my time watching other videos when i can learn and enjoy Sandy. I am definitely going to Katipunan next time i visit Manila (Oct 2020).

I love your personality Sandy! You are true to your profession and I watch your shows around midnight and then go to sleep completely happy and contended and dream about your food! I dont make them but the vicarious experience is out of this world. Btw, i met you way back in the 70’s. In Paris and you haven’t changed at all. Authentic personality!. I am Cash Manalang’s friend and we are kababayan..

Masarap sana kaso, i tried not to used patis at pork na...for health purposes...mahirap ng makgkasakit sa bato...at ang lakas makatanda ng skin...i’m 53 na, but i look much younger doon sa magka kilala kong mahilig sa ma mantika ng pork at malta na patis...you what...suka or vinegar gives salty flavor already...u know?
i discovered it when i eat lugaw and did add suka na spicy...and napansin ko aba no need to add patis, it taste mapalad na already....
