An awesome toy!
I have enjoyed mine still!
Awesome! I have one on the way. Question, do you know where I can find an antenna? I've looked on Ebay but no luck. Thanks
In my bookmarked sites toyreplicas.com has the antenna. That may help you out👍 Thanks for watching!
No lie about it being loud
Need a video for "How To Buy a Scorpio in the Box at a low price". LOL. THANKS !!!!!!!!!
Wonderful repair of a great toy line. Question, I unfortunately decided to "fix" a semi-working space crawler. Unfortunately it was a bad decision. The gears are like a watch piece inside. Have you ever put time into repairing that machine?
Many years ago I opened a space crawler. I discovered the gears inside were chipped up, and scrapped it. That's about as close as I came, sorry. I'm working on a few other toys from this line (which I love), but they weren't made very sturdy or just suffer from the mindset of it's a toy and wasn't made to last. You might need to resort to buying some for parts and reverse engineer the insides.
Very Cool Love Seeing It In Action Towards The End Of Video!!
It would be such a shame to have this and not being able to see it working again , thanks for watching Robert 👍
Wow, you really worked magic on it. Didn't think that battery terminal would be able to be replaced.
I was glad that battery terminal was easy to get to, and finding a material to fabricate replacements from. Thanks for checking it out 👍
My brother emailed today that he'd acquired one of these recently. Playing in Google found your video here. Most useful, thanks! Sad to admit that I have zero memory of the battery powered features of the one we, I think officially I, had back in the day. Very much remember the colors, the shape, and the barrel; after that, memory is blank.
Great job!
