How long was the bus ride and how difficult was the hike? Do you suggest this hike for beginners? Thanks for this beautiful video

The bus ride wa about 10hrs including an hour long lunch break in Melamchi. The trail through Tilman pass is one of dangerous and difficult trails. If you are going to Panch Pokhari only then I think you Could hike upto there. Now there are few lodges so you won't need extra weight.
