I honestly think this is Trek's nicest madone for a long time. Possibly since the 2016 model. Looks class 👌

But if you look at the aero charts from Trek about the Madone GEN 8, you only need to get the bottles and the cages for the GEN 7 and you are faster with the old model. It is comparable to the SL7 and the SL8 ... when you buy the Roval Rapid Cockpit and mount it at the SL7 you are almost even with the aero claims/charts from Sworks... - so hilarious!
I guess lot of people will put the aero bottles on their older models
The Venge vias is still Specialized fastest bike ever all around, same for the Gen 7 Madone here, the caviat being on courses that are mostly big climbs where the bike weight taxes the rider, but pure aero is still faster

do the new bottles fit in the size small? I'm sure they do, but how bad is it?
We haven’t had a small frame size built up yet but will check the fit when we do

They’re Bontrager Aeolus RSL’s. The colours are the reflections from the light

You do realise that this is an unboxing and introduction video? I can’t really review it until I’ve ridden it. For the first couple of bikes that I see all I have to talk about is what I’ve been told by Trek. I’m sure I’ll have plenty of my own opinions once I’ve actually been on one
