In the last part of visit visa from is written "We strongly recommend that you also provide the following with your application."
1)- Evidence of funds available to you, and which are clearly accessible by you.
2)- Evidence of support you will receive from your sponsor including details of what support is being provided and how.
3)- Evidence of the relationship, if any, between you and your sponsor
4)- Evidence that your sponsor is not, or will not be, in breach of UK immigration laws at the time of your visit.
5)- Invitation from your UK based family or friend(s) and evidence of their permission to be in the UK
can you please tell me how can I give evidence ,what information do I have to provide please?
1)- Evidence of funds available to you, and which are clearly accessible by you.
for this one I am thinking of giving my grandmother's 3 month bank statement. Is this document is enough?
2)- Evidence of support you will receive from your sponsor including details of what support is being provided and how.
I am the sponsor, but I don't know what evidence they are looking for and how to proof that ?
3)- Evidence of the relationship, if any, between you and your sponsor.
I am thinking of giving my and my mother's permanent resident card and birth Certification where I have my mother name and in my mother's permanent resident card has her mother (my grandmother) name in it so it will proof that she is my grandmother.
4)- Evidence that your sponsor is not, or will not be, in breach of UK immigration laws at the time of your visit.
I donot know how to proof that and what document do i need to proof this.

How can a retired person show proof of return? They are neither working nor studying anywhere.
Retired persons can show pension book/ proof of lumsum payment recived from employer at the time of retirment. Immovable Asset like house plot etc plus any savings in shape of certificates or investment can be shown for social and finincial ties
Hey Vibhu,
1. I got laid off in January 2022 and haven’t worked since then, currently I’m unemployed. Moreover, my account doesn’t have sufficient funds and has irregular transactions. Though, I can transfer 10L from my demat by selling stocks but that won’t make sense as you explained in the video. My dad(living in India)would be paying for my trip. Is it possible for him to be sponsor of my trip so that I can show his documentation for funds and bank statements part(He’s not travelling). How do I do this ?
2. What else can I show in proof of return, I’m currently not employed so can’t show that I have to return to office and also I’m planning to book flights once my visa gets approved. What are the other options for proof of return.
3. In other scenario of my uncle sponsoring the trip, is there a limit on number of pax an individual can sponsor. He lives in london and can show that he is sponsoring the entire trip(accommodation at his home and flight) for 3 of us (his father, me and my cousin).
4. Also, what should I fill in ‘relation with sponsor’ field. He’s uncle to me and my cousin but can’t see Uncle as an option.

2. how do I prove my relation if I am visiting UK to meet few friends

1. Currently priority service is also taking more time in some cases 3 weeks so, maybe yes.
2. If they can give you a invite letter or sponsor letter if they are sponsoring

I applied for uk visa for academic research purpose only stating the time for 1 month and it got rejected on two basis:
1. Saying that you dont earn, as you are a student then how your bank is showing irregular transaction of money , which were actually transferred by my father
2. They dont found it genuine that i will be leaving uk after my rsearch work of 1 month as i have to submit my phd in December.
Thats why i need data collection and my research area is uk.

I've booked Hostels for only 10 days as of now and mentioned same in my application that I'll book the hostels/hotels for the remaining days in the coming days. Will this be a problem in my application as they don't recommend Flight and Hotel bookings before visa is granted. However, the application form was asking to mention where you'll stay.

Your proof return could any of these depending on your situation :
If you are employed:
A letter from your employer. This letter should confirm your position at work, your salary and the length of employment.
If you are self-employed:
Business registration documents. They should confirm the business owner’s name and the date the business started trading.
If you are a student:
A letter from your education provider. The letter should be confirming your enrolment and leave of absence.

I am not a salaried employee and thinking of applying for UK tourist visa. I actually look after my father's construction company. And my bank statement has been irregular for a long time since I deal with cash in hand. But there is regular fund transaction in my father's acct and company's account. So what happens if my father transfers a huge amount of fund, all of a sudden, to my account from his. Will they accept my bank statement if I clarify the source, along with company's registration documents, bank statement, audit report, tax clearance and relationship certificate with my father.

Hi, I am a freelancer and I want to apply for UK tourist visa. My aunt lives in the UK, so she will be providing me sponsorship as well as invite details. I have filed 2 years ITR and I also have sufficient funds in my bank account with good transactions. But I am not a registered freelancer, but the payments whenever it happens are reflected in my account. So I will be able to get a UK tourist visa right? Please guide me, your video was very helpful, thanks.
Ideally yes but check with some one who has seen this situation first hand as I have not come across. Although we applied for our parents visa and declared them as unemployed / Home maker but your situation is different.
