@@constructionnews9890 Unfortunately no. When I've detected this accident all finished. It can be seen that luffing jib of crane was broken. Why? Wind or some other reason?.. I really don't know.

at what point are you expecting the actual high rise build at four to begin?

Maby Elbtower is not comming soon. The investor has financel problems. Corona :o(
@@KeinAlias1995 They said they'll stick to their plans and the investor recently sold many stores to save up money..n during corona times.
Construction will start early 2021 as planned
Elbtower will be looking boring, the Frankfurt skyscrapers are more beautiful
