The City of Johannesburg has elected a new Mayor.
Three days ago, the council descended into chaos, councillors walked out, and the Speaker of Council Coleen Makhubele postponed the voting to today after negotiations between parties delayed proceedings.
On tonight's broadcast, we speak to various communities in Joburg about the struggles they have faced in the search for a new mayor.
We also look at how the lack of leadership has created dysfunction within the lower levels of society.
This evening, we give a voice and a platform to those who are affected by the leadership crisis.
