Valve‐in‐valve transcatheter mitral valve replacement (ViV TMVR): experience with MyVal system

  • Valve‐in‐valve transcatheter mitral valve replacement (ViV TMVR) has been increasingly performed in patients with high-risk profiles. Balloon-expandable MyVal system (Meril Life Sciences Pvt Ltd., Vapi, India) could be used for mitral VIV. In this video, I present 2 cases. I speak about inter atrial septostomy, role of CT angiography, neo LVOT and valve implantation.
