Not only did he rage quit a Lego game...he broke the game by doing something that even a 2 year old kid would have the sense not to do, and then he decided to follow the classic DSP Trope of blaming the game for his failures. Only difference is that he failed to do something which doesn't even require Common Sense to do, making said Trope that much more insulting.

The sad part is this isn't even half of the list.
I know, I decided to do a quick rundown of his playlists after uploading this video, and I can't believe how many games he's quit that I overlooked, whether he did a long rant at the end of them like Far Cry Primal, or just quit quietly behind the scenes because of muh views like he's most likely about to do with Recore. And that last point shows how DSP's changed since he stopped using the camera. Not necessarily saying he was good before, but consider how he did a full playthrough of Disgaea 4, and then consider how his Disgaea 5 playthrough just abruptly ended alongside its sibling The Talos Principle that came out a week after. It's not like a time crunch was even a problem either, look at how he played Persona 3 for half a year. He's barely willing to continue playing a game he enjoys even if it means taking a hit in views anymore, which is pretty... pathetic, I suppose would be the appropriate word.

I just watched another video of the persona 3 final boss seeing if it really was that hard, they were playing it on hard and beat it in like 20 minutes with no trouble at all.
It isn't too hard, but having your charmed party members heal the boss to full is enough to make most people rage.

If only Phil realized that if he wants to beat an RPG like Persona, he needs to invest time and dedication rather than seeing it as an obstacle for more money. Technically he didn't because he returned back to it a week later or so, but he was so turbo assblasted that it just had to be included. And it the time, it almost DID turn into a rage quit; the only reason I suspect it didn't was because jack shit was out in August. If Metroid Prime were a new game that came out something like last week, I have no doubt he would have ended the playthrough and moved on to some other pointless thing like Dead Rising NG+.

Me on the other hand, have roughly 14 or so hours logged on Monster Hunter Generations and haven't even gotten to Village 4 quests, and I still love it. Really, any big sandbox game with collectibles and metric fucktons of boatloads of stuff.

I feel the need to say this, and I can't believe I'm giving this fuck a defense of some sort, but some of that shit like Spooky's House of Jumpscares (I refuse to call it via the new title) or some of the Rare Replay games he openly from minute one said that they were simply gameplay videos and not full playthroughs, notice how the titles of some of those videos don't say "X game playthrough" like the rest of his do. Also, he didn't even play Xenoblade Chronicles X (unless you actually mean the completely unreleased 2). That in no way excuses any of the things that he did actually quit on, be it subtly or on camera, though.
I'm glad Ludwig was able to vanquish one last disgusting beast. If I remember right he uploaded three hours worth of video that was basically nothing. He even quit on games that my 7 year old nephew was able to play just fine.
They were indeed three hours of nothing. While I personally think his Spider Man PS1 playthrough is his worst complete playthrough he's done, his Old Hunters videos are, without question, the absolute worst things he's uploaded on RUclips. Going at the same boss for three hours, never learning, wasting his viewer's time. Never bothering to grind because "it would take too long". Citing Ludwig's attacks up to "random number generator". Staying completely silent near the latter parts of the thing, so you can hear all too well how he's just mashing those buttons. Controller slams, albeit not as bad as his Scarface or Witcher 2 slams. Never bothering to summon human players for aid, only the unreliable NPC hunters. Continuing to play the game for over an hour after he declared that he wasn't having fun anymore, just to get his twenty dollars back and fill the stream time. On one hand, he didn't get to see the boss named after him, but on the other, even if he got past Ludwig at death 57, Maria or Orphan of Kos would have gotten him to quit almost instantly.
I would say his Scarface PT (that he ragequit) is the worst. He cheated almost 500 times in that game.
+Decoy Octorok His Scarface playthrough was really bad. I don't remember another game where he cheated as much as he did in that. Yeah the Orphan of Kos would've tore him up. IMO he was the hardest boss in Bloodborne besides the headless bloodletting beast. I don't know if he even bothered with chalice dungeons though, some of those are quite a bit harder than anything in the story mode.

I hate to be the bearer of bad news, but he did play Persona 4, over 2 months and 223 parts long. Considering how I heard jack shit about it aside from its existence, though, I can assume it was just a standard shitty playthrough of his with nothing really significant happening, unlike with Persona 3 or any of the games I compiled here.

Wicked Raptor the only thing I can give him is the demon souls fight at the start. That fight is a real player and not an NPC boss. And people can easily dupe in that game and have full healing items. Which he does later on. Haha.

And a lot of games made the choice to count dropped connections as automatic losses precisely because of THIS shit!

Yup... that's why Dark souls has become a massive success and essentially made it's own genre of games and has had many people jump on that bandwagon, had two sequels and another game called bloodborne riding off the same concept and made by the same people and was successful. Yes games like this are too hard for the average person, that's why so many companies have invested so much money into this niche genre, they clearly don't care about selling as many copies as possible.
In short DSP is a moron, especially since this series is probably his most played franchise. I believe he's played each game atleast two times, either as a redemption run or as a different build kind of run. But we all know he goes back cause then he'll get a ton of donations as he feigns not remembering anything so people will cheer and tell him what he already should know.
