One of my favorite HK actress...still remember in one of her movies, she has an accident that almost make her disfigured...great actress miss your action Moon Lee
I really like to watch your movies 🎥 but retired too early 80's and 90's movies are unforgettable and old generation is not exist anymore we will really miss these movies
Any chances I can find her movies? I am curious how good she is and is she any better or somewhat normal to some different levels of kung fu to other HK Chinese actresses such as Michelle Yoeh, and other actresses
Retiring can be a sad thing although as she made enough films and entertainment for people this is what still makes her live on screen forever...and what's amazing is that for like the past 2 to 3 years the views on RUclips of her fight scenes are quite high because she was ahead of time...her trending again is her greatest comeback so far.
Bruce Lee left early permanently but he lives on throughout entertainment on our screens today that people enjoy due to he was an original and ahead of time...and Moon Lee is on the verge of becoming the same thing because she was from a fun generation where they knew how to make real kung fu movies and she was ahead of time because of her skills...this new generation makes the old generation look better which would encourage people today to watch her...which is a good thing because it creates a new generation of fans which takes time to build.@@pektezad
I really wish that she could have been side by side with Jackie Chan in the Hong Kong films of the eighties and nineties the same way that Michelle Yeoh was in Police Story 3.
Because Michelle Yeoh cane into the scene, I think her burn incident was either a sabotage or she was cleverly manoveured out of the acting scene as Dickson Poon was the Producer of the films Michelle was in with Jackie Chan and he had a major crush on her and eventually married her. Moon is a much more simpler person, she remained single, never dated never married and it is truly a pity that her career with Jackie ended as we were all her fans, growing up watching Moon as the first or pioneer action star and her stunts were on par with Jackie and no one did that from jumping off buildings and landing in street lamps sliding down to smashing and jumping on cars she did it all as well. So when Michelle cane into the scene we really didn't think anything great or even took too much notice because firstly Moon stands out a lot more and I really agree with you that Moon should have stayed on in the sequel of Jackie Chan movies. It's truly a pity.
@@jayque You're right, every since the burning incident happened in 1989 on Devil Hunters, her career never recovered. She continued to act in action films for another five years, but it didn't have any major impact like she had prior in 89. In her early careers, she was playing in movies with big names like Jackie Chan, Yuen Biao, and Sibelle Hu, plus she was starting to breakout on her own with Angel and Yes Madam. Then this incident happened and she was downgraded to more B-movie action film roles. Till this day, I still love all her films and I wished her acting took a turn for the better.
@@philliplandry4139 the industry is unethical. Why did they downgrade her? She still looks the same so what's with the shallow mentality that they down graded her??? They should be owing her an apology and celebrating her courage!
Bro I truly believed that she speak English. Since I guess she was exposed to a lot of American movies and actors... and she certainly don't show any burn scars on her face from that last scene on ultra force 2 in 1989.
Someone PLEASE tell me how to contact her.... she is my crush since I was a kid and I don't care what age she is now... she is still very beautiful in my heart!!! PLEASE HELP ME...
Sometimes on cameo app we can...I contacted 19 celebrities on there, Although moon lee hasn't signed up on Cameo...but cameo has proved that it's possible that we can contact celebrities for sure although we can't ask them on dates on there LOL@@jetlino.1126
she was born in HK and later moved to Taiwan at age 6 from when she stayed for many years. When she returned to HK, her Cantonese was not able to catch on to the native standard even till these days. But still considered OK.
@@theadventurer1602 I know that all the while thanks just that I don’t expect her Cantonese to be this good and fluent because she’s not that good in speaking cantonese back in her break through days when she’s active in Hong Kong cinema all of her films have her dialogue dubbed and that’s why because she has a strong taiwanese accent even when she speaks cantonese but now based on what I’ve seen wow she’s improved a lot man i’m so proud of her
You might as well not like all people of Asia because do you even see what they do to the animals before they eat them?...hell even meat that's served on your plate LOL
I miss you Moon Lee. I so love your martial arts movies and you are forever beautiful. Much more interesting than Hollywood
The Queen may have retired from the silver screen throne but her crown will forever remain.
So very beautiful

Her singing scene from Killer Angels was magnificent and galvanizing. If you think about Iron Angels, she is like Sabrina Duncan.
I love you ❤❤❤
