@@aashandhengre358those who remains after PPO are sit for final placement but final placement is done near end but ppo get after 3 to 4 months so if u get PPO u can chill but if u don't get then u get serious for ur final placement Hope u got my pov ..!!!
Hey di, thanks for the video, i had some doubts 1. Is being a fresher a bad thing during placements? Will i get a lower package than my peers if i do an mba as a fresher 2. Im a BA English Graduate, will that be a hinderance in getting placed, as most corporate companies hire engineers?
Will i be eligible for lateral placements for tech firms with 1yr of experience.i am in my btech 4th year. My workex will be around 12-13 months by mid 2025

It’s a very subjective question and the answer will depend person to person. But in a generic way, it will be good for fresher. Avg CTC is fine.

Didi iss baar to IIT aur IIM mein bhi placement hit hua hai just because of recession as IIM is also struggling to place there students at present

12th - 70.1%
grad - 76%

I didn't have a gap year. In b school average age is 24-25 years even 26 yr old students are also there
