Yeah, samples are just a phenomenal way of checking out a house! I received Galleria (Gents) yesterday as well checking them out once per week! hahaha. Especially the dry downs, because it lasts the most.

I love first impression vids!!! I know what you mean by that pinky rose too. Get that effect in the drydown of Habit Rouge edt. Santal Volcanique definitely sounds like my cup of tea as well. Or cup of coffee? Loving the name. Very helpful stuff Chris!

Love these sampling videos please keep doing them, really helpful. Love the sound of the Fleur one and the Iris. Do you pick up any obvious aromachemicals like ambroxan or iso E ? Only because I’ve become hyper sensitive to these ( not in an allergy way, more a snobby way 😂) and they seem to be overdosed in modern niche brands.
Thanks Claire. I didn't particularly pick up on these running through them quickly on paper so further investigation is required. I always have to do a follow up sampling session after the video as I fly through them pretty quickly. If I did it in realtime the video would be about an hour long 🙈
Always enjoy travelling on the road to discovery with you. Certainly from initial impressions a very solid selection of fragrances. I do like their website as well very nicely designed, with an interesting integration of music as well.
If you like iris right now you should sample Guerlain Iris torefe it's iris, coffee, and vanilla it's magical it's a more masculine, more readily available version of iris ganache, which is very difficult to get if you don't live in Paris
Blew a sample of Iris Malikhan in one afternoon, immediately bought a bottle, and have put a serious dent in a week! I just want to swim in it.
