This is the thing about these three. Those of us who have watched TG since 2002 have formed a kind of bond with them. They feel like our mates even though we have never met them. The chemistry of the three of them brought out so much more of their personalities than just their on-screen selves. This was so great to see, even if there's not a car in it. Hammond is funny regardless of the situation. Love seeing his estate in Ross-on-Wye! Cheers.
Relax? Lol. Clarkson started a farm. Hammond started a car workshop and May started a pub. Those things are not relaxing. Farming is hard work. Pubs are closing all over UK and running a car workshop is not exacting suntanning at the beach aint it.
@@MegaRockstar48 there are plenty of people with properties like this and I can assure you that getting it all by being funny on tv and knowing stuff about cars is way better than some owner of manufacturing who exploits their employees
I love how men, (im exactly the same) talk to their animals when doing a dog walk like “alright team” as if it’s a mission. We really are all the same.
This is brilliant to watch. I love Hammond says "to come home" I'd give everything to come home right now. Im the other side of of world so far away from my family. Home is always HOME.
@@stanmath4021 haha lol. Every chance I get to make fun of the 3 hosts I, take it. But they are very awsome and genuinely funny, which unfortunately the generation I am in either doesn't know them or doesn't find them funny. Me and a few others are an exception.
Nothing wrong with your own green space. Looking like a heck of a lot of fun, I would be to busy planning more gardens, trees, water courses, etc. and a toy shed hidden in the scrub out of view.
Well deserved Richard. I watch every single program that you take part in as I find you a top notch presenter. I am sure you most definitely be the same in person.
Very serene and especially so for me. My great auntie and uncle used to live down the road from you in cottages where the old railway bridge crossed. Many a time, years ago, I have walked all those fields around. My great uncle was for many years the bell captain at the church.
Nonstop traveling and working he didn't get to be home to even see his daughters grow up or be with the love of his life. No wonder he is so eager to retire. I guess a similar situation is just for all of them three amigos.
Yeah they've done their work and now they get to really enjoy the fruits of their labour and continue to make shows, Jeremy with his farm, James with food and other stuff and Richard with his workshop all able to be done while at home everyday and then for maybe 6 weeks per year they film 2 or 3 specials for the grand tour to keep the fans happy.
You're a great man and you've earned every inch of your property. I love these videos and I have already missed the workshop show. Any thought of making a second series?
I am sure Richard that you know how lucky you are having such a massive private garden to stroll around , recent problems have highlighted how important outside space is , unfortunately many of us have very little

Hi
Paywalled and UK only :(
Are we only getting 6 episodes???!!!
The full house tour next......
It’s nice to see that Richard has used the fruits of his success on such a beautiful place, rather than just another McMansion! Well deserved.
It's a castle
Nothing wrong with McMansions it is what some people want.
@@bighands69 when you’ve been inside as many as I have, it gets very boring!
@@simonelliott5956 all these big houses are well overrated and not cosy at all
What is a McMansion? 😅
The soft background music combined with the outdoor greenery makes this so relaxing and therapeutic to watch 😌
mhmm, that may have been their aim…

Richard Hamond is the kind of person who can walk four dogs over a multi-acre rustic property and finish by 3 minutes and 25 seconds.
He's superhuman.
Short legs = Longer distance covered - LOL
His poor wife
Bustanut
But don‘t let him drive in an electric car!
I share a farm with my parents and we love the quiet life. There isn’t anything that would make me want to change that.
Are the views has as spectacular as Richard's.
@@garmbryhewwert7059 we have a view facing a mountain and a field with a pound. Richards is amazing also
What a wonderful place that must be, having my own land is the dream.
This is Richard not Clarkson
Well that's a dream I can never achive. I'll die in a city, beneath the cloud of exhaust smoke.
Richard is the kind of person able to crash even when driving a dog
Richard's earnt his stripes.
I can’t help but read this comment in Clarkson’s voice.

James I’ve crashed me dog!

What a beautiful and peaceful place to proudly call yours. You're a lucky man Richard.
It’s beautiful watching the boys relax into retirement.
He's 52....bit early to hang up the boots I reckon
@@PhillipB1972 it's a 40M£ person, he earned his relaxed retirement

The man is truly enjoying the fruits of his labors. With such a remarkable and beautiful property.
what a beautiful house tbh ... I would never see the Community ever again if I had it

So the dogs are named:
- Ojo, the idiot
- Chicken, the tiny girl
- Sparrow, the black Labrador
- Hammond’s Border Collie 😅
The property is so serene and calm
Amazing looking property! After all his crashes, he's earned it.
I can only imagine what his landscaping bill would be.
“Earned it” is very subjective
We didn't see inside it.

1:25 the peace and serenity was shattered by the bellow of a wild animal.
This one reason I love these guys (Clarkson - May - Hammond) their story telling talents.
Music is lovely and love your walk it’s very comforting thanks Richard for sharing with us
Incredible property and he deserves every bit of it. What a legend
He loves his dogs so much, it's cute. Always got the vibe he loves animals and kids more than adults. And what a nice property!
Often see Richard at Waitrose Malvern doing his groceries. A very nice down to earth bloke. Always says hello and is very approachable.
Love seeing Hammond on drivetribe more.
Now get Jeremy
I love how men, (im exactly the same) talk to their animals when doing a dog walk like “alright team” as if it’s a mission. We really are all the same.
the only thing is that the dogs are on a completely different mission.
But no reason to call your dog an idiot.
Man, that's life goals right there. Have a property so gorgeous and just tend to it all day.
Its pretty cool that he has seen so much of the world and has so much to explore close to home
Might even find out Ross on Wye isn't a village.............
Man, what a beautiful place to live...
This is brilliant to watch. I love Hammond says "to come home" I'd give everything to come home right now. Im the other side of of world so far away from my family. Home is always HOME.
After 30 + years as a long haul truck driver I can tell he feels the same as I do.
HOME 👍
🤟😎👍
How did the cameraman manage to walk through without accidentally stepping on Hammonds house?
Just kidding Hammond is awsome, he's not that short.

Gotta love Richard, living the life :)
Loved this so much. I wouldn't mind another doggly woggly walk. What a beautiful place to be.
Just beautiful and serene. Thanks for the extended cut for those of us interested.
Strangely calming...so serene
Reminds me of my family's property in Virginia. I love peace and quiet. That's my Tara.
I’m in VA - where in Virginia do your family live? VA has some beautiful areas.
and in England you can have the same for 8x the price.
Make a series, just with Hammond walking around with his dogs. Pretty please
There’s something about Richard Hammond that makes him the kind of person we all wish we had as a mate , he seems like a genuinely nice guy .

im happy to see Mr Hammond being so content. I hope he stays that way a long time.
