I’ve been watching all the X3 reviews before getting one, this one is by far my favorite since you’re showcasing travel with it, which is my intended use case. Bravo!
I've shot videos with my Insta360 ONE X2 for many Ski trips, ATV, white water Rafting, even car related video. Friends and family has always been impressed with the videos i get from my Insta360. Unfortunately, I can't use my ONE X2 anymore because i dropped it and the lens is all scratched up =[. Same thing happened to my original ONE X.

What I like to do with my x360 is export all the video pointing in different directions. It’s a lot of post processing work I know. But then in video editing I use the footage like a multicam shoot. I zoom in just enough so it doesn’t look like 360 shot.
I did that for my sister in laws bridal shower. just stuck it on the middle of the table and then made 6 separate clips and did a multicam in resolve. it's not even as much work as you might think. definitely try it!
Its not about 3 years ,Dji has the tech they done it in 2018 Problem is size and heat disapation it will over heat in minuts! There is reason why Go Pro dint do it.
Perfect logical sense, but insta360, are not know for their camera quality or lense quality, GoPro and Ricoh Theta win at that. What Insta 360 wins at is great mobile work flow, application and it's own Community app.
I've been rocking the GoPro Max for awhile now and I think I might finally make the switch. I also have the DJI Wireless Mics so that's also a plus to get that quality audio incorporated with the X3. Good stuff! 🤙🏻

I was supposed to buy the One x2 last month but my cats were hospitalized and I ended up not buying it. Good thing that I didn't buy it last month. It would have been a pain if I did and the X3 got launched after just one month of getting it.
I have an iPad Pro and Nokia XR20. Can I attach this action cam to both devices or it connects only with one device at a time? I am asking because the processor on my Nokia XR 20 is kind of weak. So I’d like the flexibility to work with any of the two devices that I am currently carrying. Also can I use the camera and charge it at the same time? Great video! I like the background sound scape you chose for this video. Very cool

I've been using the go2 for my drone footage. I finally have usb charging hubs on most of my quads. I do all my editing on power director premium on my fold 4. The long export tones drive me crazy. I have the 32 gb version, so I pretty much have to delete all videos before I go out to fly because I will run out of storage. How do you transfer the files to a mobile device with the x3???? If looks like I would have to use insta 360 editing software to select what part of the 360 video I want in final video. After that point, it's that where you can finish editing on whatever software you want??? Lastly is the x3 durable to handle the beating it sometimes takes with fpv?? My go 2 has taken some good hits and keeps on recording!! Any input would be greatly appreciated! Thanks for another great video review!!!

The camera is great but hate that it only works with Airpods to use as wireless mics. Why not just make it compatible with any Bluetooth earbuds/headphones?

PEOPLE take NOTE at what he is filming with this camera! - A SLOW paddle board on the water - A SLOW walk through the woods - MAYBE A Motorcycle ride through the town - NOT Snowboarding - NOT BIKING - OR ANYTHING High ACTION Related where this camera has even a REMOTE chance of falling and SCRATCHING the extremely fragile lenses that will then cost $200 to fix and have at least a 4 week turnaround, not counting the two weeks it takes to put in the claim with Insta. So yeah - NOT AN ACTION CAM. Take it paddle boarding, take it on a walk - dont take it INDOORS and Dont use it for ACTION. Make sure you hit RECORD at least a MINUTE before you want to film something otherwise you WILL miss the shot - again NOT ACTION - You will be sorry!

Are you able to buy the Rode mic mount separately now? When I got my X2 last year you could only get one through the ultimate kit.
I got one through eBay for $10.
