I don't cut anything off. I cook it in the oven for 18 hours fat side down on 200. Then I turn it over after 12 hours. It comes out extremely juicy and flavorful

You always have to leave the fat on when you make brisket. You can scrape it off later, but it’s good to puncture the meat with a fork and then you get all the fatty goodness and you can get rid of the excess. Of course you need some Dano seasoning.
Brother, you seem like a really nice guy but I can only assume that you're from up north because I've tried your seasonings and you make them look amazing on these videos but they really Suck... I mean suck, bad. They're hands down the worst seasonings I've ever tried... I really like your videos but man, you should come to Louisiana, eat some REAL Food and re think your flavor profiles. What you're selling might go over for some yankee but you'll never compare to the Real food in the South... The opossum wouldn't eat that stuff when we threw it out in the yard..

Try Worcestershire sauce as a binder. It smells amazing Also while it looked great and was real juicy, I noticed that it didn’t have much of a smoke ring, could that be because of the oil? Nice job I’m not going to trim my next brisket.
My first time using danos seasoning I was wondering why you put so much on the meet now I know you could just throw the meat in the garbage and get a spoon and eat the dental seasoning write out the bottle I'm using the spicy on pork chops right now it is so delicious.
I bought a 19 lbs brisket from Costco untrimmed. Tried to follow your steps lol it’s stressful. Color could be a tad darker but it looks good. But it’s still really tight and the internal temp is still at 128-130. I didn’t throw it on until 5pm when I got home and it’s 2am lol

Try hot n fast. Taste wayyyy better. Has to be direct heat no hwat drflector or water pan, u want that fat to drip on your coals, thats where the flavor comes from and only takes 6 to 7 hrs. Try it
