I went shopping for Christmas craft supplies and happened to walk passed some DanOs. After long last, I found it! I'm eating some chicken salad, seasoned with the original. It's very nice, I wasn't expecting so much flavor. I haven't made Mac and cheese in years, but I'm totally adding some next time. Well done, Sir!
i used the chipotle dan o's in velveeta rotel beef queso and it was soooo good, the dan o's brings such a unique flavor that ive never had. Def gotta try it with cheese

I did find your seasoning at my Kroger in Smyrna Tennessee. They just had it all the way on the top row you need your own section man. Something that good should be said alone!
I’ve pretty much switched to using classic Dan-O’s for seasoning instead of salt and pepper. I know he emphasizes that it’s low in sodium but unless you try it you’ll never understand that you basically cannot overuse the stuff, bc it’s the perfect ratio of sodium
I absolutely love Dan O’s in Mac in cheese, personally, I use the original, chipotle, and spicy in mine 😁 although since I’ve started using your seasoning it goes on pretty much everything and I’ve got my dad heavily into it now too!

The lines on the peppers are called corking. They are said to be better flavored. They grow well and get little stretch marks essentially.
