The ringtail is based on the tenuki! I think it turns to stone in the sun and then becomes alive again at night. That’s why you could take the statue. It’s a slime! I was very happy when I saw the statue because I knew exactly what would happen when I saw it. Hehehe I wish I could afford this game right now!

Silly Blitz forgetting Gold largos are a mod thing. I think it would break the game if you could make essentially infinite gold largos, unless they limited it to just combining with a really rare slime.
Slime rancher was my favourite series so I’m looking forward to this 😁

Pro tip: you will want atleast 2 largos in a slime cage but less than 7 (if you don’t want chaos to happen)
the ringtail slimes turn to stone when its birght around 6 am and become slimes when its dark around 6 pm

when a ringtail slime is in sunlight it turns into a statue but can turn back into a slime at night or in a cave
The ringtail slime’s description is ‘where there is crime there is ringtail slime’ and there was a tabby slime which kinda looks like a criminal
Just a heads up the *dont read ahead if you dont want spoilers* batsy slimes get agitated in daylight and hungrier (eat more food because they get hungry quicker) if they are underground/in a cave.
Personally I matched the batsy and the phosphorus slimes together so if they ever get out due to their agitation, their mix eith the phos slime should get rid of them before they become tar's somehow.
Also, if you like cute things. HONEY COTTON SLIMES.
read the descriptions for the slimes in the slimepedia, like for the ringtail it can eat endlessly but not produce plorts endlessly and they turn into statues during the day

Ringtails scared me too because my largoes suddenly turned to stone, apparently they turn to stone during the day if you let them out in the sun.

I love Slime Rancher 2, I also love Totally Accurate Battlegrounds, it is a game made by landfall and you played it years back for like 2 videos. It has had some major updates and I would love for you to play it.

Tip: as a slime rancher player when you don’t have the jet pack slime jump by spamming slimes out of your vac to boost you up also look down and jump when doing it

a quick warning don't place a chicken hen in the conservatorium it is bugged and will overflow in 1 ingame day to the point that the entire conservatorium is flooded with chicken -.-*

They should make it so that gold largos don’t give gold plorts, but they produce one gilded plort when fed, even when fed their favorite food. These plorts can’t be fed to slimes to create largos, however they can be sold for 1.5x the value of their regular plort counterpart.
Wouldn't making only one plort worth 1.5 mean that feeding a slime a gold plort is an objectively bad choice compared to feeding them a plort from a slime of a similar value to themselves? it should be 2.5 value at the least if it's only making one plort.

I playing Slime Rancher 2 as well and found a golden slime when I was returning to the ranch, it was at the front gate of the place.
