      @kiwinesss To be honest, I'm currently dealing with a family emergency.
      However, my partner and I understand the need to cater to all of subscribers to the channel.
      Therefore, we'll be focusing more on vidoes show casing practical flying tips, and possibly reducing the number of technical videos in the future.
      Will see how it goes, appreciate checking up on me.

    Hello, great video! Just two little remarks:
    1- You said that we are holding the stick pushed forward until 100 knots.(I add - to the center of "brown" zone).
    We don't see your hand in the video but we can explain for others that stick should be gradually released to neutral position starting from about 80 knots and fully released at 100 knots.
    2- During ENG start (in my aviation school) after the call out for copilot: "I'm starting ENG#..." we push masrer switch forward holding between the fingers with palm facing up, and keep hold the hand like that by two reasons: copilot should see any time which engine we are starting-up right now, (he sees "the digit in the palm") and we should have ability to switch it off immediately in case of any failures.
    Yor channel is great! Subscribed:)

    Love the new video format! Hope you create playlists of short videos, kind of like a study plan for aspiring pilots (or really just amateurs like me!) Can't wait to be back Captain, will be bringing more friends onboard too!

    Great channel and videos! Thank you! I can't resist asking - are the visuals in your fixed based simulator MSFS 2020? What about the systems and flight dynamics??? Is this flight model MSFS 2020 or something totally external?

    • @waypointsaviation
      @waypointsaviation  6 месяцев назад +1

      Yes it is MSFS 2020.
      Are you asking about the PC technical specs ? ( hardware ) ?

    • @jcommtube
      @jcommtube 6 месяцев назад

      @@waypointsaviation Thank you for the prompt answer. I ask if you're using only the Visuals of MSFS 2020 or the Airbus aircraft is actually an MSFS 2020 addon.

    • @jcommtube
      @jcommtube 6 месяцев назад

      @@waypointsaviation Thank you for your answer. No I was asking about the Flight Dynamics and Systems modelling that you use with your cockpit. Is it default MSFS flight dynamics or a specific product that runs outside of the simulator and uses MSFS 2020 only for the scenery, and if that's the case, which simulations are you using then for the A320?

    How have things been for you guys with the crazy weather?

    • @waypointsaviation
      @waypointsaviation  6 месяцев назад +1

      I don't want to relive that day, but I downloaded an app to simulate the weather. It was impressive how accurately it demonstrated the conditions of that rough day, even in the simulation..
      Back to you question all are well.

      It will be a pleasure to have you in the SIM to practice in preparation for your type rating. If you are in Dubai, let me know your current experience and i will recommend the number of sessions i think you will need to smoothly cruise through your Type rating course.

    Don’t release at 50%. Rolling is standard takeoff and fuel efficient
