@@samaiello7543 hell yeah dude. That’s sick as fuck. It’s taken me a while but I’m starting to get my groove back. If you don’t already you should try powerlifting. Exercise in general is obv good for you but it makes you feel better too
@@trevorhodge3168 i’ve been wanting to start getting into lifting more, mostly i play guitar and bass, sometimes keys. been writing a lot of tunes and enjoying it a lot, definitely made a lot of progress in the past few months especially, and I’ve been playing since late 2015
