I bought their Big Boss Elite that included a $100 rebate to be used on glazes. Bought a 12 pack sampler, they sent 10. Tried to get ahold of them, no answer and won't return my call. Called a different department who said they could help but started off by questioning how I was able to place an order since I wasn't a business. The wheel is cool, they suck.
