Raw honey would be a great base to a Turmeric face mask. In Ayurveda raw honey is called an anupan, which means a carrier of nutrients into the skin.

Make sure you apply the mask to your skin in an upward motion. Doing this will decrease your chances for saggy skin as you get older. Anything you apply to your face (and also when washing your face) be sure to do so in an upward motion :)
I saw results in two weeks and my acne is almost all gone off my face 😄 I'm pretty sure the turmeric is the main ingredient that helps

I do this twice every week. But instead of gram flour and almond oil, I use Rose Water. I put it on for 15 mins. I'm still using it atm because my acne faded 1/3 of the way after 3 weeks. So far, I haven't had any breakouts after using this.

Hey guys, if u want to remove the yellow color from your face. Put some coconut oil.... it really helps.
Coconut oil can actually clog your pores, it’s better to use another type of oil, like jojoba oil, but it is best to find out what works for your skin

I just started doing this turmeric mask and I love the results my skin looks healthy and radiant it does kind of little yellowness to my face so I just take a little bit of toner on a cotton round and whip it on my face it takes the yellow away then I put a spf all day moisturizer in my face my skin looks gorgeous

I am a professional beautician i like ur idea its a grandma's recipe for clear skin .....but u are applying it wrong all applications should be done from chin to forehead so as to lift ur skin, doing the application downwards will pull ur skin down ........ n no movements when the pack is on u will get wrinkles

It reduces inflammation and is revered as one of the common, everyday ingredients rich in eastern diets that prevents easterners from having as high of cancer rates as westerners. You should definitely incorporate it into your diet and skin care, if you can!

Can I use rice flour instead? You should try golden milk. It's just almond milk, turmeric, cinnamon, ginger, honey & dash of pepper (turmeric needs pepper when ingested to reap the optimal benefits) simmer on stove, strain and drink immediately. So good!

I used oat flour and coconut oil and i didnt use milk because thats what i had to work with and it actually turned out nice.
I always have acne problem though not severe but still. I started using this remedy yesterday and when I woke up today,... wow! Acne is totally vanished and that part where I have acne is clear. I will definitely apply it regularly now to have even more clear skin.
Farah, do you know if there a difference between Kasturi Tumeric and just Turmeric? I read that turmeric can act as a natural hair removal over time and in the article that I read this from, they mentioned kasturi turmeric being used but I wasn't sure if it was the same thing or not. Farah i would jus like to give y a hugeeeeee big thank you, i came across this as the first video of ur channel. After using it daily for a few weeks my acne has cleared up sooo much.. I have suffered from severe acne for about 5 years now and this is the only thing that seems to work on me! So much so that ive reccomended it to my friends and family.. What type of milk are you using? Because I don't drink any type of animal milk. So I don't think I would want to put any on my face. So is it okay to use milk like oats, almond or soya milk?
You can also use water but milk is usually best for dry skin

It wont be any harm. but usually animal milk has certain properties that really good for cleansing and brightening the skin as well as moistening them. If I were you ill give almond milk the try or you can even skip the milk and use water

I used this mask last night on my scars. Woke up this morning with verrrry light scars and no pimples. Day 2 today! Will do it for 5 days.

No use jojoba oil or baby oil, because olive oil will make your face VERY greasy/prone to grease. Jojoba oil in my opinion is the best and I've used it for my hair, it's really helpful (beneficial for everything)

Castor oil is really thick and most likely it will grow hair on your face so I wouldn't recommend it and grapeseed oil is good for skin so yes.

Pandawings most of the time it depends on your face, if you have dry skin olive oil would be good otherwise for oily/combination skin it's not as suitable.
