The Chief Experience Officer and Principal of the Washington D.C.-based MSP discusses the challenges and nuances that come with protecting the IT infrastructure of some of the U.S.A.'s most important representatives and federal contractors. Roney explains why partnerships are so important to his business and why he chooses to stay loyal to vendor partners like Sophos. Plus, in the age of artificial intelligence, Roney discusses with host Katie Bavoso the reason he won't implement certain mainstream AI tools and how the use of some of those tools will prevent him from taking on a client due to security risks.
