    I coach a youth football team (5th grade next season), would your elite package be a bad fit? I don't believe in weight training the kids at that age, but think they would benefit from plyometric work and developing good form - thoughts?

      +arieyon Butler depends on the work you put in, whether you lift weights correctly. many factors can control your speed
