Elvis par ses qualités de chant et sa présence sur scène donne à cette chanson une grande force.Il attire les spectateurs qui le suivent . Amazing singer and dancer. Very good job Dani Atkinson. RIP ELVIS . FRANCE.
Hey. I love to see young people liking Elvis! I'm only 33 and I have been listening to the king since I was 3 years old. He is my favorite singer of all time. I have yet to go to Graceland. (A dream of mine). By any chance have you seen the movie 'That's the way it is?' Or 'Elvis on Tour?' I wish I could have seen him live. The closest thing I have got to seeing him live is the tour that the TCB band did with Elvis on screen. It's was amazing, to see the original band members playing live! And I was about 12 rows from the front. So I got a pretty good view of James Burton and Ronnie Tutt. Sorry, I'm going on a bit too much! haha. But yeah... great to see people my age or younger liking Elvis! Long live the King!
P.S.S.... Yeah 1970 was probably when he peaked live. But still, I think the Aloha from Hawaii is one of my favourtie as well. (Jan 1974), but still, I have recordings throughout the 70s and he still rocks live throughout the 70s. Yeah, I think seeing him in 1977 is difficult because of his appearance, but man.. could he sing!!! Every time I see unchained Melody.. I get goosebumps! Again.. I am sorry for rambling on! Listening to Elvis has been my whole life! You should check out the album 'From Elvis In Memphis' One of my favorite albums of all time!

I was fortunate to see the show at the Las Vegas International Hotel when I came back from my first cruise from Nam in March or April 1970 my friend got us tickets right next to the stage. It was the best show I ever saw in my 71 years. Elvis was always my favorite performer

Did that man own the stage or what? The energy level, I mean there are times you see him reach that unrivaled energy level and one wouldn't be surprised if he just burst into flames!! This performance never gets old. There are several more live performances available on video. He dropped the speaking part by 1972 (the speaking part just worked better in his Vegas rather than on the road and his tour concerts were just much faster paced) and toned down the movements quite a bit by 74-76, but it was always a highlight! The note he reads was a little cheat note he had tucked away to help him remember the third verse. He does it so nonchalantly and just oozes cool even it that moment. Elvis' drummer Ronnie Tutt was famously quoted once saying playing for Elvis “was like playing for a glorified stripper; with all the moves he made, you had to play according to what he was doing.” Loved your insight, reaction and as A huge Elvis fan that has seen this performance too many times to count, it's always a joy watching someone discover Elvis in a way that they hadn't previously known him.
Elvis was the greatest male vocalist of all time...not even close...and his charisma and moves and charm...he brought a little bit of the supernaturally gifted creative essence with him. He shared it with the world.
I came back to this song/performance once again. I can really here Ronnie Tutt going like nuts on the drums. The drumbeat and Elvis's gyrating plus the Sweet Inspirations doing the chicka bom in sync with it makes this performance skyrocket
The thing I really admired and loved about Elvis according to his road manager Joe Esposito is that when Elvis on his 1st opening night was absolutely nervous of being his best to the audience. He wasn't arrogant or cocky. He always remained humble. But like Esposito said once Elvis stepped into the stage he was able to let loose and be the greatest entertainer he had always been. It was Elvis's moment of Triumph. Sold out performances. Elvis was back and better than ever. We don't have that today. That's why I go to RUclips. Nothing personal on today's generation. I just love the oldies and always will.
That man is smokin hot1🔥🔥 I love his movements in this song wow could he move! Now you know why he's so addicting once you go Elvis you wont go back😘😍🤩💙💜❤
Who would've thought that back in the mid 50's a young man,who was a truck driver at the time, would walk into a recording studio (Sun Records) just to make a song for his Mom and wind up being the world's greatest entertainer that ever lived. That all these years after his untimely passing, we still love to enjoy. . Thank you Elvis for singing, entertaining for us. RIP King.
prople have said that Micheal Jackson master the dance moves on stage performances take a step back Jackson : Elvis in his early yrs 1957 -n 1975 his stange dancing was amazing
Layne Frentz Absolutely right! Elvis was a natural spontaneous dancer, not a calculated and synchronized one like MJ! Also MJ copied the moonwalk and others from several artists in the 40's/50's. Look here on youtube " moonwalk origins"!
The truth is that Elvis broke barriers that made it possible for so many talented black artists including MJ. I think even MJ would agree. Elvis even had a very tender heart for the black community.
To me this was probably one of his most favorite songs to do on live you can just feel him getting ready to explode this is why he was the king of rock and roll you know what I mean I think you do LOL
Hello from England ELVIS died 2 days before my 12th birthday. I have been a FAN ever since. Where have those 44 years gone. He was AND STILL is MY HERO. I know its a strong word but its TRUE All the songs Elvis sang are my FAVOURITES but this one is "up there" What was it about ELVIS and everyone has their onw TAKE on why but here is my own take: ELVIS WAS DIFFERENT. As a kid he had his own "STYLE" and the clothes he wore were just different. He was bullied at school because of this. The other kids were just so JEALOUS really ELVIS HAD THE VOICE like NO OTHER ELVIS HAD THAT STAGE PRESENCE ELVIS HAD AN "AURA" ABOUT HIM ELVIS HAD THAT CHARISMA ELVIS HAD THAT SWAG EVERY TIME HE WALKED ON TO ANY STAGE EVEN WHEN HE MOVED HIS LEG/S ORE HIPS a LITTLE THE WOMEN SCREAMED HE HAD THAT WIGGLE AND THAT JIGGLE THE ENTERTAINMENT VALUE WAS OFF THE RICHTER SCALE I pity those people in the audience that had to go to the bathroom Watching lots of videos and reactions and there are many to get through i have learnt a lot Did you know that Colonel Tom Parker was born 26TH JUNE Elvis's father Vernon died 26TH JUNE Elvis performed his last concert in Indianapolis 26TH JUNE How weird is that?
They say he shook so hard in a lot of these high intense and high energy performances that's why he started having some heath problems a little later on. Artists will tell you today that their bodies and voices could not hold up to these performances as much as he put into them. They say that he had enough energy for two. That God blessed him with a double portion because Elvis' twin brother died at birth. And Elvis got to live. His name was Jesse Garon and Elvis' was Elvis Aron. We've seen Elvis in the '50's now, '70, '68 and '77. Let's look at Elvis in '73. I highly request this out of his '73-- Elvis---Aloha From Hawaii Concert. This iconic suit is at Graceland on display. I seen it last year when I visited there. This was music history. It went worldwide by satellite. It is a must see and will look forward to seeing this. He is very confident here as well. It was seen, they say to 1 billion plus people around the world. There's several out of this concert that is superb. Can we start with You Gave Me A Mountain? Most anytime he sings and performs it is so inspirational and uplifting. This is powerful and a message song. Wow!! Wow!!! I CANT wait!!! Thanks for all you do!!!

That man is smokin hot1🔥🔥 I love his movements in this song wow could he move! Now you know why he's so addicting once you go Elvis you wont go back😘😍🤩💙💜❤
Oooo....my heart.
Amen
Elvis was just raw talent, looks unrehearsed, just feeling it!
Each time I watch this video (and all of his videos) it's like
Seeing it for the first
time...fresh and new..
Because he gives such exciting performances!
Hello from England
ELVIS died 2 days before my 12th birthday. I have been a FAN ever since. Where have those 44 years gone. He was AND STILL is MY HERO. I know its a strong word but its TRUE
All the songs Elvis sang are my FAVOURITES but this one is "up there"
What was it about ELVIS and everyone has their onw TAKE on why but here is my own take:
ELVIS WAS DIFFERENT. As a kid he had his own "STYLE" and the clothes he wore were just different. He was bullied at school because of this. The other kids were just so JEALOUS really
ELVIS HAD THE VOICE like NO OTHER
ELVIS HAD THAT STAGE PRESENCE
ELVIS HAD AN "AURA" ABOUT HIM
ELVIS HAD THAT CHARISMA
ELVIS HAD THAT SWAG EVERY TIME HE WALKED ON TO ANY STAGE
EVEN WHEN HE MOVED HIS LEG/S ORE HIPS a LITTLE THE WOMEN SCREAMED
HE HAD THAT WIGGLE AND THAT JIGGLE
THE ENTERTAINMENT VALUE WAS OFF THE RICHTER SCALE
I pity those people in the audience that had to go to the bathroom
Watching lots of videos and reactions and there are many to get through i have learnt a lot
Did you know that
Colonel Tom Parker was born 26TH JUNE
Elvis's father Vernon died 26TH JUNE
Elvis performed his last concert in Indianapolis 26TH JUNE
How weird is that?
Great reaction. Elvis really got you with that one . Lol . Good job
He did!!! :)
Girl love the reaction Elvis was the best live performer thanks for giving me a smile at a time where everyone needs more smiles u rock
Thank you so much, you rock!
The one and only king of live music 🤴
Oh wow, that’s crazy! He was really putting his all into it!
