GM don't make em' no more on the Savana/Express, sorry... However you can get a 2.8L Duramax V6 with a 8-speed automatic transmission, tough. Last 6.6 Duramax was made on the vans was for model year 2017, you buzzed in to late for the Diesel V8.
9,500 lb. Towing capacity on a stock Quigley 4x4 9 passanger without the roof rack, front bumper and box on the back. So, 9,500 lbs. minus 4 captains chairs (which are quite heavy), then add the weight of the roof rack, cold rolled steele bumper and back box, should put you just under 9,000 ...ish lbs. towing capacity.

My parents had one of these when I was kid in the late 90’s. Just fantastic blending of capabilities and luxury with the ultra-plushy captain’s chairs. Truly such great memories of road trips and camping in that old beauty.

What does the van weigh? The tow rating goes down because the GCWR of the van is relatively low.
