We're showing you our model house vagabundo flex, the world's first two-story tiny house. @TinyHouseExpedition has visited us in Munich and did a full room tour of the unique two story tiny house.
After more than a year of development and construction, the time has finally come. Our first vagabundo tiny house is finished and we, that is Luca, Michi and Andi, are very proud of the work. Our tiny house is as flexible as possible, high quality, as durable as possible and therefore sustainable. Made in Germany from A to Z.

like the oven fridge set up under the stairs. Surprised by how much I liked not having a ton of windows on the bedroom floor. A little more private. Do need a railing
thank you for the feedback! we have put less windows on the top to have more privacy, but in the end our clients can choose what they want!

Wonderful project, love the design and all the thoughts went into it. But, forgive my ignorance, I am new to the tiny house world - How does a tiny house like this get 'house number'? I mean, to have an actual address so that you can do the anmeldung, getting mails etc.?
I think that for all these “portable” houses you still need to own the lot it is placed and arrange the construction permissions and the construction of the sewage and all that.
@@juselara02 it gets connected as a regular house, no problems and gets a building permission. German standards are applied!

Sehr coole Idee das gesamte Obergeschoss einfahren zu können beim Transport.
Hatte aber auch das Gefühl das es unten relativ wenig Stauraum gibt - Schuhe, Jacken,... (vll kann man das noch in die Treppe integrieren?)
Der Ofen dort wirkt fehl am Platz - gibt ja mittlerweile auch kleine Heißluftöfen?
Selbst bei der Waschmaschine wird es nicht einfach an die Stelle zu setzen und dann noch zu bedienen.
Die Treppe wirkt riesig im Vergleich zu anderen - find es aber ohne Reling oben etwas zu gefährlich - vielleicht kann man eine abbaubare hinzufügen, wenn man es transportiert?
Oben den ganzen Stauraum von Büchern, Kleidern, Hobbyutensilien... zu haben ist wahrscheinlich nur blöd wenn man umzieht und alles doch ausräumen muss 😇🤗
Die ganze Höhe schreckt mich noch ein bisschen ab - beim nem Sturm könnte es gefährlich werden, wenn es nicht verankert ist.

Super Video, was noch mal Vieles im Detail zeigt und von Aldi erklärt wird.
Eine Sache an der Konstruktion hat mich noch gewundert. Weshalb habt ihr der Treppe nach oben hin so viel Luft und Raum gegeben, was auf Kosten der qm Fläche im oberen Stockwerk geht. Hätte man nicht eher eine kleinere "Luke" zum Hochsteigen ins Obergeschoss planen können, so dass oben zum Bsp. der Gang vor dem großen Fenster breiter gestaltet sein könnte und dahinter minimal mehr Platz für einen Schrank oder dergleichen gewesen wäre? Oder wird das Obergeschoss durch mehr qm Bodenfläche zu schwer für den Hubmotor fürs Hoch- und Runterfahren?
War einfach neugierig das mal zu erfahren. Ich bin großer Fan und spare schon mal. 😅

That upstairs looks dangerous; I just see someone tumbling down those stairs, especially in the middle of the night. Why is there no stair rail?🤷♀️

Hat da jemand schon mal 1Jahr vollzeit drin gelebt?
So schön die Fenster auf den ersten Blick scheinen,glaube ich machen sie das Wohngefühl bestimmt ungemütlich. Was ist mit all dem Kleinkram und der Kleidung und …
Oben hat man Wände, aber keine Möglichkeit für viele Möbel und unten sind überall Fenster 🤷♀️.
Leer hübsch, aber dort leben wird sicher schnell ungemütlich. Zum einen das ständige Gefühl beobachtet zu werden und dann der minimalistische Stauraum, da ist schnell alles zugebaut.
Dreht die Fenster doch um. Also unten weniger und dafür oben die vielen Fenster.
Und bitte Stauraum, wenn man dort leben soll muss alles einen festen Platz haben können. Es beginnt ja schon beim herein kommen. Wohin mit den dreckigen Schuhen und der feuchten Jacke?
Lebt da mal 1Jahr Vollzeit mit 2 Personen drin. Und dann macht nochmal ein Video mit all den Dingen die man so über das Jahr benötigt.
Da haben wir dann ja noch keine Gäste bekommen.
Hallo Esta vielen Dank für deine Gedanken, das sind sicherlich Dinge die man bei einem bewohnten Haus alle beachten muss, jedoch sind natürlich alle Wohnwünsche abhängig vom Betrachter. Das hier ist unser Musterhaus und ist daher immer schön aufgeräumt und sehr minimalistisch. Da kann sich jeder dann noch überlegen wie er sein individuelles Haus gestalten möchte, das bauen wir dann ;)

Andi says, the pipes need to be insulated not to get cracked :)
