Great video! I’ve always wondered about GFG, but that’s the price range for a preloved LV bag, so for an unfinished tiny tote, I’d have to pass. PLG has been hit or miss for me, I’ve gotten three that I love, and two that I didn’t. The price is right, but the quality may not be there.

I really love the Go Forth Bag. The Mini Avery in the Cobalt Blue is very pretty. Lifetime warranty is freakin awesome. I've heard of PLG for years. My Daughter use to live in Oregon and when I use to visit her there would be people caring PLG. I also purchased my daughter a wallet from there. Enjoyed watching. Thank you for sharing.
Hey, girl! I have bought PLG from both sides AP and retail and they do send the bags nicely wrapped on tissue paper and they also include a care card and some times discount code but they are nothing different than the discount code that they are having always advertised on their website. I haven’t bought nothing from Go Forth Goods but have been tempted to get a piece. But for me for that price I prefer Florentine leather from Dooney and Bourke 😉 either from ILD or their eBay ILD side. I do believe that PLG customer service is not the same since the company started to grow more and the quality have lower if I compare my first piece to my latest purchases. I have even started to consider to sell half for my PLG bags and just keep it to a few of them. I do prefer PLG smooth leather over pebble leather. Nice video 😊❤

I have both PLG and GFG bags and I agree that GFG is a better quality bag. The first PLG bag I got back in May 2021 was a better quality than the most recent bags I got this year. I felt the leather was a bit different and the hardware was thinner and smaller. The GFG however the leather quality and hardware remains the same great quality. I wait for the30% sales to get the GFG. I have 2 mini Avery bags and waiting for my small Avery tote. 😊 I also love that GFG gives you not only options for closures, strap color/length but also colors! PLG has limited colors and if you want one of their "unicorn " colors you have to take a chance on the mystery boxes 🤔it
The branding is on all PLG bags, Premium or Almost Perfect. I have two Lola's and other premium and AP bags and all of them have the embossed logo. Maybe they don't put it on the Fog color for whatever reason. I have GFG also, and they are great bags too.

Although I appreciate your review, you're comparing apples and oranges. The leathers are from 2 different animals in the first place, with PLG being pebbled and GFG smooth. PLG has many styles similar to the GFG tote with bridle leather straps and soft, smooth, squishy leather. 😊
I don’t agree with everything you said. You really should have done more research. The comparison on these two bags were not good. One is bison while the other is cow hide. Bison is more durable and thicker. Of course they’re going to feel different. I own about 10 PLGs and 1 cobalt blue GFG. They’re all gorgeous, but again - apples/oranges.

I sold all my PLG bags within 3 months of GFG first purchase. Night and day quality of leather. And I am not in to unicorns or the drama.

Portland is nice and affordable. But the bags look bad after much use. The leather scratches and looks rough after a while. GFG leather is amazing.
I’m gonna give PLG another chance and buy something different and see how I like it. Unboxing coming soon. Love the GFG bison leather!
