You most likely right but will be 74 in a few months and fingers are not very steady so RTR is my way of getting out and playing my friend is 65 and gets out after his heart problem so we still enjoy crawling.
I bought the Phoenix. Loved it but wished it would've come more like the stance, and they released the stance a couple months later lol. Now I have a stance and phoenix
@@the-ab-outdoors thank you for your quick response, i have a few lipos dean T, from another rc, which connector will i need,?? male to female, or female to male? love your channel
@ you can simply get an adaptor or soldier on new plugs to the battery’s. The esc will always take a male and the battery will always take a female. So to convert your deans to xt60 you will need a female xt60 and another male deans. Like this - amzn.to/3CHYuyL Thanks for the kind words and watching our videos!! 🍻🍻
Good comparison, well made video! I tend to lean towards performance, even on my 'scale' rigs. I'll take the Stance, preferring speed, handling and climbing ability over scale looks. I might throw a scale body on it and add some scale details but I'll almost always sacrifice looks for performance. Thanks for the video 🍻
What bodies are you looking at throwing on? I’m debating between the Phoenix and the Stance but can’t decide because the stance stock looks awful in my opinion.
@@MrFiSH-qu8yg Bodies are a personal choice. Tons of options out there that will fit, just pick something you like. You can even cut up bodies for a minimalist look (common on lcg rids), so that there is no rubbing on the tires or other parts. I've even seen bodies for stadium trucks cut up to fit on a crawler chassis. Sky's the limit.
@@MrFiSH-qu8yg You can put any body you want on either. I would say the Stance is easier to put a body on, but both can be done. What body do you want?
It will fit yes, however it’s not plug and play you will have to make modifications to the front mounts or make new ones, and the skid will also need to be changed. 🍻🍻
There are many reasons for servo on axle: 1. It eliminates the panhard bar which in turn allows for more flex 2. It removes all bump steer 3. The center of gravity is lower due to the weight being on the axle vs the chassis up front The downside is instead of a 3 link axle setup with panhard; you have to have a 4 link setup. Hope this helps!! 🍻🍻
Your explaining of the different trucks is the best, love my Phoenix but always dreaming of the next one on the need to have list.
Thank you for the kind words!! The stance is awesome but I’d build a vrd carbon if I were you!! 🍻🍻

If Vanquish made a VS4-10 in a RTR I be on it faster than a bear in a bee hive. Just add Scout decals and done.
Great video. I just got a phoenix falken edition. Added lights. N I love trailing this rig. This is my first vanquish. Love it
There fantastic trucks for sure! The light kits are awesome too!! I cant wait for the light bars to be back in stock!🍻🍻

The best of both worlds! 🍻🍻
hi, do you know what kind of connector comes with the stance, want to have all ready for my son's present, please let me know,
Good day! The stance and all other vanquish ready to run trucks come with a yellow plug, and this plug is an xt60. We hope he loves his new truck!! 🍻🍻

We’re the same way! Performance all day, and looks come second because just trailing with no crazy obstacles is just boring 😂🍻

@the-ab-outdoors I would like to see something more to scale, like a Chevy body.
Will the twin transmission fit in the stance/carbon?
It will fit yes, however it’s not plug and play you will have to make modifications to the front mounts or make new ones, and the skid will also need to be changed. 🍻🍻
I think I want more overdrive in the stance. Looking at trans gears
I believe these are the gears you want - www.vanquishproducts.com/vfd-light-weight-machined-transfer-case-gear-set/ - 🍻🍻
i thought the purpose of servo on axle was for more flex. you make it sound like its only for CG

Basically the Phoenix is a trail truck that can rock crawl pretty good the stance or vrd is a straight up crawler
Pretty accurate statement! 🍻🍻
Nice 👍🏾

Phoenix is 6.5 and over 45 overdrive.
