i like how this video has the title lug2lug but doesnt mention the lug to lug distance of this watch...its so hard to find info of the lug to lug distance of this watch
With this back lid that can be opened, I think it could be a collector piece in the future, especially because this version wasn't as well sold as the new slimline.
She made a mistake, let’s be a little more professional, didn’t know there were so many perfect people in the world. Awesome watch and love your videos
Nice poor mans Patek. This is pretty much an exact replica of a vintage Patek that has sold for over 2 million dollars. The Patek of course has 2 windows below the XII for date and month that would be a hard complication to copy, although that complication was common in the 1950s with triple date watches. I like the uncluttered look of the Patek this is based on and also this watch. I have my own poor mans Patek for about the same price as this watch ($4k) that has the full triple date registers. Mine contains the Valjoux 7751 movement its by Hasler and can be seen on my page I made a short video. I like the uncluttered look of this FC over mine slightly but still would not trade as the Valjoux 7751 is a marvel like a complicated Patek moonphase such as the 3970 one of my favorite Pateks. I just ordered blued hands to put on my moonphase that will make it,easier to tell the time as their are too many gold hands on my watch haha making practicality of telling the time hard on my watch. I'll have my watch guy change the hands out when I receive them in a few days.
Something about Frederique i don't really like.. i cant put my finger on it yet.. just seems like they are trying to be luxury when they are not there yet... i cant take them 100% serious.
How would you take any brand serious when they call themselves "affordable" luxury. Luxury isn't supposed to be affordable, that's why it's luxury. They are nothing but a mid-range watchbrand imo. No serious watch collector owns a FQ. Sure, some of their watches are great value for money, but so is Tissot and Hamilton, I'd rather wear them.
FAKE gold plating, crocodile embossed strap, Patek Phillippe homage (basically)...these are the things that I think of when I think of FC. Do you wanna buy into a brand like that?
Does the plating wear off over time?
I prefer the ss over the gold-plating.

Wow!!! Beautiful time piece, I already want this one!

Gold plating = bad, other than that, gorgeous looking watches.
That is a beautiful timepiece, why is there alot of hate?
question, do their inhouse movement reliable and easy to service? don't really like the size but its crown shape is gorgeous, way so classic..
You think the hinged case back could be removed?
Jay Brazinni with enough force
What is the model code
"nearly perfect design" and an "18mm thick" dress watch. Bit of an oxymoron. Edit - just read the description and it's actually 12mm.
Yeah, 18 mm sounded insane
@@jeppep95It would wear like a shot glass on your wrist lol
Cool. I like Oris and Audemar's and Omega's more detailed moon design.
If it was thinner and smaller it would be more appealing.
Ik have buy one in. YES YES YES. Greatings from Holland.
18 mm thick? Holy crap, I was looking towards this for a future purchase, but that's thick as a brick
You say 18 mm in the video, but it's listed as 12 in the shop. Which is it?
It's definitely not 18mm!
So sorry abou that guys!! It's 12!!!!
It's also not 40mm but 42mms.

The thickness is 12mm according to their website. Great research skills girl!
I didn't walk, I ran.. to be one of the first to comment! Notification gang!!
Does the 9 look upside down to anybody else ?
Harp~E no its not its just how the dates are printed on look at the numbers from 9-23 then look from 25 on
They make a slimline for those who think it's too thick. Still a moonphase.
18mm? you must be kidding
Michael Ho 12mm
I thought Christian didn't like FC because their designs are not original.
jwso nope! I don't mind that at all - as long as the watch represents disproportionate value overall, I'm in!!
Turkey day phirst.
No respectable person would own a plated version of this watch.
Her authoritative voice makes me want to buy watches..

i think you could benefit from getting some shots from behind looking down at the watch on wrist, these upside down shots dont do anything lol
FC relies too much on classic Patek, VC and other Haute Horlogerie manufacturers designs
The most wanna-be of all brands

Not to talk about the massive hit in the second hand market. I mean these pieces go WAY below 50%.. like WAY..
Because it's Patek hommage?
A true shitter brand, worthless on the second hand market.

How can gold plating be fake, also the strap is normal alligator leather. If you're gonna try and be a snob at least get your facts straight....
yes i will
Yes I would, give me this watch over spending 20x for a Patek
Instead of a Patek, I can get this watch and have money left over to buy myself a nice Hi-Fi system hehehehe
Well, those are things YOU think of
