Garfield develops relationships with vendors in Kingston's Coronation market with whom he exchanges new tarps for old.     Very creative! I love the metaphor of the tarpaulin representing the people. Also a great way to help preserve the environment.

      Garfield Morgan now lives in Canada where he still exhibits.
