You should have shown what that $500 K would buy in more rural areas such as South Carolina or the middle of the Country. We had a 3400 Sq Ft house with 4 Bedrooms and 4 Baths, a 1000 Sq Ft detached garage and 4 acres of land that I bought 8 yrs ago for $185K. Of course it recently appraised at $370K but still a whole lot of house for that amount. $500 K will get you a lot in SC.
In india where i live and where average white collar job salaries are less than us$ 1000 per month, the property that you mentioned even in a rural town will cost around 0.8milllion usd or 50000000 rupeees.
I am holding a cash position of 735k. I know an asset dip is supposed to be the buying opportunity in this recession, thus my question - what are the best assets to dive into as of now?
The hottest assets in recent years have been in the technology and communication industries, and most investors find it easier to build their portfolios utilizing a financial advisor. Perhaps you can do the same.
In my opinion, some financial situations can be handled on your own if you research enough, while others are best navigated in consultation with a licensed advisor.
You're right, the value of advisors can only be overlooked, but not denied. I used to handle investing myself but faced some losses in 2020, thus consulted an advisor. As of today, I'm just about 10% shy of $1M after subsequent investments.
I've shuffled through a few advisors in the past, but settled with *Sophia Verdekal O'neal*. You'd most likely find her basic info on the internet, she's well established and her qualifications speak for themselves.
Hey, I'm looking on Google and can't find that Veriso Narrows Bridge anywhere in New York. And don't you think it's odd they would name one that anyway? Seems like lots of people would confuse it with the Verrazano Narrows Bridge.

SC is not a desirable location.

Well, if you got $735k you did well, buy Gold and silver you can hold in your hand. No charge for advice. Crypto also looks good.

If limited to the cities you showed, Houston is the winner.
Best value 100%
Do a more broader video like this. Not just 4 places. Surprised how many people reacted to this. Great job just not enough examples.
