The lore of Minecraft is something I never expected to make a video on, but after the addition of the creaking and pale garden, I actually put together a really solid theory of my own. You almost got it all right 👍🏻. The warden is what the creaking "wanted" to be. If you look at early designs for the warden, it was called the stalker with a chest crystal. It would remain frozen until something tried to steal its "heart" and then it would go after you, not to mention it would be invincible. The creaking has a design similar to the first concept art of the warden.
I think the illagers went to the ancient cities which they discovered and they saw that the ancient builders built these cities. Since they were shunned for aspiring to be like the builders, they were kicked out of the villages. They built mansions inside dark oak biomes. Now, they saw the warden and how strong it was. They were fascinated by the skull catalyst. They began experimenting and found resin and created the creaking heart. They are scared of it now because it started draining everything around it - the trees, the grass and even the villagers own skin, turning them into the illagers we know today.
Great video, you were able to connect a lot of details! Obviously there is something off about this "pale garden". The fact that the darkest type of wood in the game has a variant which is literally white it's strange. Not only this color gives it almost a lifeless look but even the trees are gray like the Illagers. And the latter are also called "ill Villagers" for a reason I wanted to add a last consideration about the name of the biome. A garden is never a wild forest. Usually it is a part of a house which is directly communicating with the outside environment because it has ground where people can adjust their plants. So this mean that the place could have been a real garden in the past. Perhaps it belonged to a big mansion
I get the general impression that the situation is more like this: illagers became the greyed illagers as we know them due to some manner of catastrophic result of some experiment or somesuch that also transformed a section of Dark Oak forest into a pale and desaturated death-trap that leeches away the life of those who linger too long. I also think that perhaps the old Piglin empire enacted something similar to bring about the warped forests in the Nether.
the pale garden is a greyed out and sick looking dark forest, just like illagers are greyed out and sick looking villagers. i bet they have the same dark magic/sickness. both absorbing souls and life as a twisted experiment for the illagers and as a way to feed and expand for the creaking
@@gabyyyyyyyyy may be may be not, but Creaking Heart doesnt have any connection with souls or absorb souls like the Skulk Catalyst. the Creaking Heart make the tree where it is produce resine when the Creaking is attacked, ir doesnt get souls like the catalyst
presonally in my head cannon the pale garden is like the sculk in that whatever it is its a living infection form where ever world it came form and whatever home dimension it was must've been filled with deadly things that these living bomies were forced to create something to protect them the suclk had the warden and the pale garden had the creeking when it somehow found its way into the overworld both the sculk and the pale garden didn't have to deal with the creatures that hunted them and so were free to spread
Just thought of something the illagers r Gray and all PALE just like the PALE gardens don't think it's that inpatient but yeah just something I thought of❤
