the only way I get them so far is through inaudible whispering, soft slow tapping, and whispering in a foreign language. sometimes crinkling works too. I have to lie on my back with my earphones in, my bed has to be cool instead of toasty, and I need water nearby. literally, if I don't have all of that, I get no tingles😂🤷♀️
