with the right headphones, it IS done for real, just not physically i have headphones with "over-ear" function, and ASMR goes right into your head with it just gotta watch out that it won't go vacuum, as that can harm one's ears but man, i can relax so well with it combined with ASMR
Idk if this is just a Chinese thing but we have ear picks and occasionally when I was younger my mom would use it to clean out my ears and I would ask her to do it everyday lol
Hands down the BEST rough ear cleaning I've heard in a very very long time. I'm honestly pretty picky and most rough ear cleanings are not rough enough, but this one is perfect.
