I made this for valentine's day. I can confirm, it tastes amazing and the texture is velvety soft. I didn't have a sieve, so I skipped those steps, and instead mixed for longer. I also had to add more heavy cream to get the same consistency in this video. For the white chocolate, I finely chopped the white chocolate bar, because grating is sooo much work haha.
