    Good idea using bands. Better than weights for athletes i think

    Can I use the chest press hammer strength machine on lieu of the.jammer? We dont have one at my gym unfortunately. I probably wont fit for all the exercises but might be able to modify. I think. What is your advice if you dont mine responding? These exercises look really fun. Thank you in advance

    Don’t use weight? That explains why the program has been floundering.
