I love watching how farmers work in other countries. I’m a dairy farmer from Ireland and over here we have none of this special stuff. We mow with your standard mower, it gets tedded and raked into rows. And your standard baler puts it into usually a round bale. Sometimes the baler might also have a wrapper on it or you might need to get a separate wrapper. And then it’s loaded onto a bale trailer with a tractor and front loader. We rarely even see square bales unless it’s hay and picked up by hand.
@@Deepak-jx1hg I’ve watched lots of Indian farming and I see your live for Mahindra tractors. Also a lot of people using the Massey Ferguson 135 which was the first tractor our farm bought back in 1960. And hood weather for farming in most of India too, lots of rain and sun.
It's fascinating to see the different methods and equipment used in farming worldwide. Each region has its own unique practices and limitations based on local conditions. Thank you for sharing your experience as a dairy farmer in Ireland!
@@ihonestlydontcare1158 It's amazing how farming practices and machinery differ across the globe. Mahindra tractors and the Massey Ferguson 135 have certainly made their mark in Indian agriculture. The favorable weather conditions also contribute to successful farming in India.

Some great devices, some better than others, simplicity wins the with least amount of mechanical complexity. Baling, pick up, collection, Bales of all sizes to suit all requirements. Amazing to watch how they do it.
Absolutely! The simplicity and efficiency of devices with minimal mechanical complexity often prove to be the best. It's fascinating to witness the various techniques used in baling, pick up, and collection, accommodating different requirements and sizes of bales.
Absolutely! Bale drones are an incredible innovation that streamlines and simplifies the bale handling process. They truly are impressive pieces of technology.

If u make so much bales, that a machine like the arcusin makes Sense, u will have such long distances, that a wheel loader or telescopic handler and a truck or big bale cart for tractor is more effective.
Absolutely! Accumulators have revolutionized bale movement, simplifying the process and increasing efficiency. They are indeed a remarkable upgrade for easier operations.

i really enjoy our grabber on our skid steer where we can grab 12 square bales at once to load, man makes loading a snap and super fast, used to take so many trips or bucking bales by hand onto trailers, i dont miss the $0.02 a bale bucking lol
That sounds incredibly convenient! The grabber attachment on your skid steer, allowing you to load multiple square bales at once, has made the process faster and more efficient. No more manual labor and extra trips!
I agree! It would be amazing to have the Arcusin autostack and the fun of high-speed bale collection in Farming Simulator. The ultimate virtual farming experience! 😍
The vermeer zr-5 is in fact not the first self propelled baler deutz fahr built the power press self propelled baler in the 80's altho it didn't take off back then and was plagued with issues the main one was it catching fire from the dust getting onto the engine.
What we call “straw” in UK or cornstalks in USA is used for animal bedding. It’s useless for feed. The plastic wrapped bales contain silage grass. This is used for animal feed.
Probably because it’s the same company (CNH). Maybe they want to offer the same product, but with a different branding to leave the choice the the customer.
Arcusin didn't invent anything, all they've done is appropriate the technology of Sperry New Holland small bale stackers and modify it for use with the larger rectangular bales now in common use.
Instead of making straw balls our Indian farmers are burning these enormous amount of straw every year polluting nearby cities, even their township. They can get a huge market of straw balls around the country. It is one of the inexpensive building material. Only need some techs!

All these are nothing new. All these bale handlers were around in the 1970's made by Hesston in Kansas, Sperry New Holland and Farmhand. Dual linked balers were around too from International Harvester company.
Why does California have more bale hauling than any other state? And with nice customized trucks. I haven't gone to the 7 northwest states but the other 41 yes. I've seen them more on I-10 between Arizona and Los Angeles.

if you wrap them tight in plastic, don't they rot inside? how do you get rid of the plant moisture?
They actually ferment, just like alcohol! It keeps them safe from rot for winter months, and gives the same nutrition (more or less) to the livestock.
